I read across one article today by EThlend

They mentioned top 3 ICO in November
- Ethlend
- Gladius
- SimplyToken

Among it, Ethlend is good, Gladius is unique with kinda okay-ish cap.
Gladius is doing something like a dencentralized DDOS protection

You might want to look out Smiley

Many of recent icos a fake only few a good

Agreed. Projects like raiden, cindicator and appcoins are exceptions. Its very hard to fake technical knowledge. If they ha e codebases on github and in-depth whitepaper.

November / December is a slow few months by the looks of it. The only ICO that is standing out for me currently is Crowdholding.

They have a good team, building something great and have a working beta.

It is difficult to advise something, you still risk your finances, and you need to approach the company's choice seriously enough, and many can advise, but it's far from the fact that everything will be fine with this company, better take responsibility, sit down for a free evening and learn all the other companies and choose which suits you

There are no good ICO's anymore. It is too hard to keep up with them all and as time goes by they have less and less actual value because they just keep getting scammier and scammier. Fork coins are the newest thing in town and we are seeing them pop up a plenty now, with Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin Gold, Segwit2X was going to happen and still very may well, on a smaller scale though.

A very promising ICO for me is Envion (as you can see on my signature). They will provide a mining solution with so called MMU's (high power mining containers) that will mine all crypto that is worth to mine. The Tokens are divident paying and investors will get their share of the mining operations every week payed. Its really promising and the demand for this is high. Its a swiss company and they operate the first container already in Berlin in germany.
Of course thats just what im interested in, always do your own due dilligence before investing. DYOR. Cheers!

I have bought tokens of hydrominer and Crypto20 based on few recommendations.
Are there any other good ICOs running which look promising and i want to invest a bit more?

Some Good ICOs on November and December, 2017 :

DMarket:
DMarket is a global marketplace for trading items from computer games. Game items won or received can be exchanged for tokens and vice versa. Thus the project offers a method of exchanging virtual goods for real cryptocurrency.

Gladius
Keeping the comforts and usability of traditional protection services, all while costing less and being tailored to someone`s needs. With an easy to use interface as well as powerful insight tools, Gladius enables anyone to protect and accelerate their website.

Playkey
Playkey aims to create an ecosystem where:
- Miners start providong cloud gaming servics
- All the transactions are done in PKT token
- All the transactions between a miner and a gamer are operated via a smart contract
- Playkey Foundation is responsible for regulating the community of gamers and miners and for developing the system

I would recommend you to pay attention to Mira pre-ico on November 27. I have go through their outline here https://miralab.io/Mira_WhitePaper_EN.pdf and I hope that project would success. Briefly, they offer a solution for storing and sending cryptocurrencies off-chain. So I would join bounty campaign, check it too https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2367916.
