Anything part of the internet can be hacked. However, if the system have securities and protection, like what Bitcoin do, then it will be a bit harder to do so.

Everything is hackable, even boyfriends and spouses are being hacked by others   Cheesy. Funny though but true. If we are careless with our private key then it can be hacked. Even cash and bank accounts are hacked so it is not far to happen that digital wallets can also be hacked.
You have a good joking sense that everything is hack able, even spouse. The hacker may try to hack Bitcoin. But there are millions of skills and experts developer in all over the world are working continuously on Bitcoin. They are working day and night for updating of Bitcoin with the latest technology and maintenance of Bitcoin. These core developers are making the Bitcoin system very secure and unbeatable.

I believed the one that can be hacked is the owner's wallet where the bitcoin is stored. There's so many phishing method in the internet that use by the hacker to obtain access to our wallet.

Yes it is possible since its linked to internet, Anything that is linked to internet is hackable but the thing is its not easy. If someone wants to hack Bitcoin they need to have a lot of hackers working together and some leader supporting them from behind its definitely not a one man thing. Since we don't have government support even if we get hacked I doubt you can do something about it.

The private key isnt really hackable i would rather say its nit crackable but can be seen using various keyloggers etc.

bitcoin and other crypto currencies are based on cryptography, and this technology has never been nagged in its history. It's just impossible. If you read reports that bitcoin was hacked or stolen then it's always about hacking a wallet or an exchange but not the bitcoin itself!

Bitcoin is created in such a way that it is not like to hack.As long as the private key is given to anyone, the hack will be free until it is mine.

I dont know about that but i am pretty sure that bitcoin now can be hack by many people because of our advance technology. This can be done by the group of people or even someone that has a lot of knowledge in hacking. But i have faith that bitcoin is very secured and care of there users.

Bitcoin itself is almost impossible to hack as the block chain technology that forms the basis of the currency is constantly under review by other Bitcoin users. This means that it is no more at risk than other payment methods such as PayPal or traditional credit cards. However, just because Bitcoin itself isn’t hackable does not mean it is completely safe to use. You have to look at the actual process of trading Bitcoin to find its vulnerabilities.

I think bitcoin authority fully aware about this kind of situation and they are always update their strong security system. if you not use any kind of easy guessable password and not use any two -factor authentic security then you can face of the kind of problems, other then i think not easy to hack your account.

To put it in the right perspective, BITCOIN has a cryptocurrency can not be hacked however the carrier technology , the exchange , the wallet can possibly be hacked if there exists a crack on the wall to give room for such vulnerability.

Roll Eyes I don't think so. Bitcoin can prove its secure stabilization. But else where, we just can't tell if it can obtain those professional hackers that may intrude its works and work do's.

I think as of now Bitcoin itself cannot be hacked due to advance security and protection they are using. But any Bitcoin wallet account is hackable and that's we need to secure and protect.

Bitcoin itself not. But wallets (addresses) and private keys are. All be it very difficult and energy consuming (you can use gpu pool to contribute to wallet hacking lol).

everything is hackable so it is the same with bitcoin. Just recall the memories on MtGox, then recently fraud with KOrean exchanges. The point is that anything with internet connection is vulnerable. People need to understand that the smartest thing in crypto is to invest amount that can be lost. Risks are evident in cryptocurrency trading.
Bitcoin is available on internet because it’s a digital currency and hackers also using internet for hacking but I’m quite sure that nothing will happen to bitcoin because bitcoin know how to fight against all kind of forks and challenges in past bitcoin defeat a lot of challenges and now we can see that how bitcoin is secure so bitcoin is very strong in market and I know it will become more strong than ever and its price will go more high.

of course can not because if bitcoin can be broken then bitcoin will not be as expensive as this, most people just forget the encryption password that is given from blockchain to access their wallet.

Waiting for quantum computers, it will be interesting to watch battle between cryptotechnologies.
Nowadays the one and only way is to hack wallet information.

Well if bitcoin is hackable i think bitcoin is gone now or the supply is down to 0. And if the bitcoin is hackable well they will spend more money.
