some of them did not require it,but most of them did it.
just do the basic or the market that does not require your identification,
there 2 way to encash your money :
1.Selling it on the market
2.Selling it off the market,
have you try to encash your money from peer to peer platform like localbitcoin.com ?
in there you just need to find someone to buy or sell it and make an agreement with him/her.
afterward their system will provide you an escrow and do the transaction.
you do not need to send your data to the buyer or seller,

Use a bitcoin atm but don't expect to get great rates from it. Eventually we will be able to use DEX's for all sorts of trades, all we need is to wait for a big one to succeed and be the new binance

there are some users here witch offers btc to cash with around 10-15% fee.
But the safest why is to meet some one in your city who wanna buy btc and make a privete deal .
on that why i got my first 2 bitcoins and the seller has no problems with taxes .

Some exchange doesn't need your identity but you have a limit of cashing out per day.
If you like you can find a BTC ATM MACHINE which can serve you to withdraw.
Just look in the community there is more website that can serve you.

Just find someone who would buy it for cash if you don't want to go through KYC for your cash out options,
We all know that in order for you to turn your Bitcoin into Fiat you need to go through trading sites or some local wallets that accept bitcoin to Fiat transactions,
And all of it recquired KYC.

maybe in every country it has different rules about data verification, in my country sales cannot be done without verification of data, because there will be a withdrawal limit, it can be done if the withdrawal is only a little if it must verify the data.

Why do you want to cash out when you can use it for buying something? If you want to sell your btc to fiat currency such as USD, most exchanges will requiring you to submit your identity.
In my country, if i want to sell my coin to my native currency, i will have to Kyc lv2, identity documents and the selfie photo.

I think these days are pretty hard to cash-out Bitcoin anonymously unless you do it person-to-person. Platform like LOcalbitcoins are good, But until when are these platforms be available due to regulators are cracking unregistered exchange platforms like this. I think its better to abide with the law since most transactions these days will always involve banks and third party platforms which will also require KYC.

Selling it on an exchange is the most efficient way of cashing out bitcoins,but when talking anonymously you can transact with other people using not your real name but a cover up name just to make sure your identity is protected

Is there a problem whether you need to verify your identity? If you don't need to hide on something then you should not worry about verifying your identity to sell your bitcoin. I also have to sell my bitcoin and some of it was already verified so I can sell my bitcoin anytime or any amount I want. I think there is no problem with that.

There are still many exchange sites that do not use verification data to withdraw. but of course you will need a bank account and your name to withdraw right? so your identity will still be visible even though you withdraw it anywhere
