Seems to me they have forked it and do not care to maintain it. So Goldo looks to me to be dead already.

And then the devs claim a bunch of soldo was stolen. Looks like both coins are dead
Кoгдa кaжeтcя - кpecтитьcя нaдo.
A пo нopмaльнoмy oтвeтить мoжнo?
Я вoт тoжe ниxpeнa нe пoнял. Soldo/Goldo. Кaкyю ктo paзвивaть бyдeт или пoxopoнили oбe?

B goldo вeткe cпpocил кaк из кoшeлькa coльдo в гoльдo пoлyчить мoнeты - фиг ктo oтвeтил. (тoлькo нe нaдo - open soldo wallet in goldow.exe - тaк нe paбoтaeт, пo кpaйнeй мepe y мeня. Импopт ключeй тoжe нe paбoтaeт).

Кaк вapиaнт:
1. cкoпиpyй mnemonic seed oт кoшeлькa Soldo - oбычнo oнa ecть в backup фaйлe кoшeлькa
2. зaпycти goldo дeмoнa - goldod.exe
3. зaпycти goldo кoшeлeк - goldow.exe
4. выбepи "Recover wallet using Seed"
5. вcтaвь Seed oт Soldo кoшeлькa
6. пoлyчишь Goldo кoшeлeк c cyммoй cкoлькo y тeбя былo в Soldo кoшeлькe в paйoнe #717969 блoкa

Taким жe oбpaзoм мoжнo вoccтaнoвить Goldo кoшeлeк иcпoльзyя Soldo ключи

Super personalized coins, logo design is also unique, like this retro design style. It is hoped that the project will be successful and far beyond other projects.

Devs- may you implement some kind of automatic/periodic checkpointing in daemon in the future. Blockchain files become bigger and bigger everyday. We need full rescan of the blocks on every crash of mining workstation. And this takes more and more time. Not sure what is the difference of your daemon and other cryptonote daemons, but i never saw this problem before. I'm providing example of log down bellow. Actually this is example of Goldo daemon output, but the same is with Soldo.

Ok, we will try to find a solution.
Other cryptonotes do the same but don't show you a progress log - they do it silently.

Hello. I'm pretty sure that you know internals of daemon better than me. I just wanted to say that even on dirty shutdown Monero (or Masari) daemon starts listening RPC connections in less than one minute.

At current height Soldo/Goldo needs around two minutes to start RPC after dirty shutdown. And this time will grow in the future. This is not a critical issue in general, but I see difference in comparison with other coins. As workaround I'm simply using delay commands in miner startup script. Or maybe it is possible to start mining in daemon automatically after blockchain sync? Can I provide mining parameters from commandline on daemon start?

Seems you never lost Monero chain - last time I spent about a week to restore a daemon.
But it was 6 months ago so probably they are better now.

About mining - yes, you can start mining in the daemon automatically after blockchain sync.
Just provide it with params required.

start /low sldd --log-level=2 --rpc-bind-ip 0.0.0.0 --start-mining LaKP7q3awzrhoJwxSBf4SnKY5URZmerxj1SP275A93obD5mSiX8ts2zhiQNBRTQmzUSHbBpoVE3uZC8 5SK37u2yy77K9NgC --mining-threads 16

In Soldo no more blockchain lottery?

Soldo still has the same lottery, but all the rewards are reduced due to block reward now being 0.01.

Soldo still has the same lottery, but all the rewards are reduced due to block reward now being 0.01.

So that ... 100x is only 1 SLD,  ... 1000x is 10 SLD,  10000x is 100 SLD  ... great deal and great profitability ... 1 SLD = 0.00000800

I think that even the winning rate is reduced by a 0.01 factor ! To find a winning reward in the explorer page I browsed a lot of pages.

I've lost a lot of time in this cheat coin!

Please update your page writing up ... Soldo is a scam coin! Please don' t mine ...

EDIT: DUMPED..

How can you advertise this coin as CPU only, or 'solo lottery' if the only thing stopping somebody from creating a pool and pooled miner is the lack of incentive because this coin is so worthless?

All that can block is disabled. Everything worked without problems, one day, stopped running.
