In fact they promise nothing, like Tezos. Have you heard of such ICOs? Would you invest in such one?
How do they get away with it and investors still do open their wallets?
Look at Tezos no promises whatsoever, its all "donations" to a Swiss fund and coins havent been distributed
for more than 4 months. Is it even legal? Personally invested in Tezos.

From what I heard Tezos have some internal issues between co-founders. I know one person that in fact invested in Tezos. I heard too late about Tezos and I don't have  Tokens. Higher risk comes with higher reward - each project is different. I know one ICO that did nothing wrong, and they are active with weekly updates and
still current price is below ICO and it's bleeding.

Until there is no law legislations related to Inicisl Coin Offerring anything can happens and there will always be some scam project - even after law is in place.

if ico does not give benefits to the community what can you do? can you prevent the emergence of new ico? certainly not because there is no rule about ico.

I feel there is a difference between promising the earth and making a product valuable to society.

Too many ICO's have schemes of grandeur instead of being transparent and open with their investors.

One project I am liking it Crowdholding, communicated with them a few times on their thread and over telegram and i've always got the responses even if they are not the prefect answer that has been rehearsed.
