No one can stop gambling it was only yourself even if governments will not allowed any people to gamble well they can do it on there selves. Well, I believe that gambling will only ends when the world also ends.

I think so, that gambling has no end, because like have you said that some goverments allowed it they gave freedom to play gambling, until its a legal to some of country some people who wants casino or gambling still they will play and not stop gambling because some people have their own reason, if why they want gambling, others want to earn money, others like to have fun while playing gambling.

Well, the government can't stop gambling. Well, that would be a struggle for the authorities since there is a lot of gambling institutions who didn't acquire their permission that brings problem to the community. Ain't no problem to those who comply their registration or legit sites that they look on the security of their players but how about those not legit? That is the main concern of the government.

It will be tagged as illegal and it needs to be stopped by the government as this gambling house which facilitating inside their jurisdictions are taking money without any obligation paying anything from those collected money from gamblers who's playing with them.

Just like government cannot control or ban the bitcoins, the same is the case with gambling. No one can stop gambling because it is available online and accessible to all. The government can ban and stop gambling for real gambling, which has physical places, but the government could only ban access to gambling websites. The government cannot stop online gambling because as long as people can use VPN, they can visit the online gambling and they can start to play.

Online gambling will continue their business and the real gambling casino like in Macau, Las Vegas will also continue the business because they are one of the income sources for the country. So I don't think that the government will ban and stop the gambling industry because the government can get more revenue from the business.

I also did not see anyway governments can ban gambling especially the online one. It is very difficult and gambling cannot come to an end as far as human beings are remains on the earth. I have tried to advise tax agency in my country also of "tax the gambling players in other to be able to make money from it instead of demonizing it".

You can't say they did not want people to play gambling on their casino since their main goal is to get a lot of people to play on their casino.
That means they did some marketing strategy to get notice from the people.

I am afraid that is what happens in all countries. We know that addiction to gambling is a serious problem in all countries. But that will not make gambling is about to end because many people still come to the gambling places in offline or online and they spend much money to play. It is not as easy as you describe.A user that has become addicted cannot do analysis nor can he distinguish reality anymore as his brain only thinks about gambling and he keeps losing money.
