Should I sell my airdropped tokens quickly or hold on to them?

It depends on the current situation per coins (ICO project). And when I say it depends, you'll have to look out for the project road map. I depend on my selling projection if they have the capability of enlisting their coins thru popular exchanges such as polo, yobit and the like.

Some coin prices surge up once it hit the first exchange site and people immediately sell them once they have value. That's where most people are wrong especially if the coin will be having a lot of improvement in the future (like what I mentioned above).

Other coins with too much hype but w/o enough plans or projection are the one who you should sell immediately. Again, once it has already a value.

do your reasearch read the roadmap and the whitepaper if you see the future on the token keep on hold.  most are shitcoins so you should be vigilant, I guess sell some hold some would work, anyway there is nothing to lose as airdrops are free.

It depends, if you see that the price of that coin is high and will give you profit, go sell it but if it has low price and might lose some of your Gas, try not to sell and just keep it. This is just my suggestion, the action is yours.

Well, as a fortunate recipient of airdrop for the first time, i really have no idea about HODLing it. I sold it at on normal price without thinking that it would doubled someday. And it did. It just did. The market value got doubled after a couple of weeks when its market value goes down drastically.
So i learned a lesson that i should not sell it instantly whenever i got a token from airdrops again. Afterall, i got nothing to lose.

it depends on the token, some tokens has a nice value after you recieved it just like what  happened to ebtc but of course most of them are just worthless with a little to less value though most people and airdrophunters are holding them for a longer time until the token gets listed on major exchanges (not etherdelta ). yet there were some that sells and trade their tokens right after they recieved it on thier wallets, to get an instant profit.

I think it depends on the coins, do some research on what issues will happen to it coin, if there is a good issue, I think it will affect the value of the coin, and it will be good to hold.

Don't trust airdrop tokens because they have no scope . Try to sell them when you feel the amount enough for you .sell them batch by batch . don't sell all
at once.

Airdrops are just a free coin so you already gain some amount just by selling them because most of the airdrops will be a shitcoins.

Sell it once it pumps dramatically. There is no need to hold it because it's obvious that the people who are behind on those coins are just after the money and you'll see that their website, accounts and thread are also missing. It really has no value so just enjoy airdrops and take advantage of it to get some profit.

Sell it now, since it is an airdropped tokens it will be quickly dumped, that's why you need to sell it, You can also hold it if you think the coin is worth holding, try to check the background of the coin and their road map also their information on coinmarketcap to see the price chart of the coin, it may help you to decide wisely.

If they are listed in an exchange you should sell them. Most of them are crap and becomes shitcoins very soon. Big project do not make airdrops nowadays so it is better to get rid of them selling as soon as possible.

If you're happy with the ~5 USD you get when you sell them right after you receive them, it's ok. Me personally I tend to keep them for some time. It they are to die then so be it, but if one of them actually succeeds and becomes a decent project I am happy for not selling it for a few bucks.

I always wait until the Coinmarketcap listing. As soon as a coin is getting listed it will rise very fast.

If a coin seems scammy I sell before the CMC listing sometimes. If a project seems to legit I hodl it some months and then sell it during altcoin bull cycle.

There are a lot of coins that are just scam, thats the stuff you should sell very quickly. But there are also some tokens that will have a future, you just should hold them for a long time. If just one airdrop will rise up, you will make some nice profit

In general hold it. Maybe their could be a constelation where you should sell immediately, but as I said not in general. New tokens getting dumped usually, because many people who got bounty tokens are selling them as fast as they can. So dont be so stupid (;

These tokens are free, so why selling them for 50-100$. Ok, do it ten times and maybe you have 1000$ afterwards. But are you here for those amounts?
Imagine what would happen if one of those 10 ico projects will be a big success?

Ask the people who held their airdropped xem, there are not many but those who did running threw the streets with a big smile in their faces (;

Yesterday I saw some increase in my total estimated token value, and today it dropped significantly.
It appears that a lot of people are selling their airdropped tokens as soon as they get them.
I have not sold a single token from airdrops, and with the exception of some them, they seem to be mostly losing value in time.
Should I do the same or hodl hoping that some of them may increase in value, closing the gap I lose in the process?

if you are satisfied with the price now then you can sell to make money but mostly people will waiting for the price is getting up. I think you need to search any info about the process of each airdropped because if the person which is tells to her, then I am sure that he can remember. I think its about greedy which is part of each chocolate because greediness is every where.

Some airdrop coins are not worth selling. The value of the quantity multiplied by the value does not cover the cost of selling. I have kept all mine so far and have high hopes of POStoken.
