Well, there is little information from tokens.net from the start. So no surprise there
I've read in one interview from Merlak, that they are waiting for the next "boom". And probably then they will start with marketing. I guess.

I'm thinking about investing in dtr and today that I saw the tweet that big news is coming I'm more inclined to do it soon as it is already a functioning product and dtr is still low priced. Therefore, I have some questions.

First, guys who are more familiar with the project - what do you speculate that this big news could be?

Second, the team isn't investing anything in marketing yet, but as the market is slowly reversing, it could happen that they start marketing activities in the next months. How this normally looks like? Which channels are normally used? Will they target more expericed users and promote on places such as this forum or target people who are joining the party as the bull run starts (e.g. Invested in bitcoin / ethereum on fiat-crypto exchange 2 years ago, but have very limited or no experience in crypto-crypto trading). On the other hand, if bull run starts, also competition will step up marketing - what is your opinion on whether tokens.net will be able to make impact and differentiate themselves from competition in such situation?

However, the daily turnover of 100-200 thousand dollars is very small, it is necessary to increase it to at least 5-10 million, and this is not possible without increasing the number of users. Mobile application and marketing - then you can talk about success.

I don't know why they never went with the referal system. It worked for all other exchanges to gain more members in an easy way. Listing on coinmarketcap would also be beneficial. Don't know what their game plan is but I hope there is one. At least they listened to the community and read our comments so far.

Forget 1$. At that price burn will be almost 0. Long log way to 1$. I am thinking how they will open USA market if exchange in not regulated and 100% transparent right now. I have in mind securety token. But other problem is that DTR cant be securety token. Could it be DTRV?

Too big marketcap for that at current status of crypto market. Either drastically increase the userbase and daily volume or whole crypto market needs to grow much more in order for DTR to hit $1 this year.

09.01.18 - 1 DTR = 0.24 $, 1BTC = 15400 $; 21.05.19 - 1DTR = 0.0195 $, 1BTC = 8000 $. DTR should now be 6 times more expensive.

The main and very important problem I see is still here since the beginning. Very low orderbook depth. It comes from poor userbase. You can't even trade biggest pairs such as ETH/BTC or XRP/BTC properly without drastically overpaying/underselling since there is no liquidity. Yes, you can use other exchanges but what's the point then?

Yes, trading volumes are really small and this is now the main problem that needs to be solved.
