In my opinion, it is a better investment than stocks in real state because its market value is continuously incereasing as years are passing by, klgiven the fact that 6 years before it is only priced less than a thousand dollars while its current value is already more than 6000$ and is still increasing. Also, Bitcoin is a currency and an asset at the same time, it is an advantage because if it is legal to your country you will be able to use it as a currency and as an asset at the same time.

Emm... Is it? Saying something like that means that you are trying to point it out as an exaptional mechanism for investments. It is like saying that trading USD/EUR on forex is the best thing ever and it is better that reading stocks. Bitcoin is a currency that can be used anywhere. Actually, bitcoin will generally be used online, so there is no need to exchange something tangible.
On the contrary, gold will be more or less priced according to its quality, the place where you want to make the exchange, and so on. Prices of real estate will highly vary, according to the current economic and demographic situation.

Bitcoin is not better. Bitcoin now used for the same purpose. But the return on investment in bitcoin is far higher. I think that it will not always. Perhaps in the future these assets will be equal in yield and then will be quite another matter. Now is the primitive accumulation of capital and it can take yield is not subject to any logic.

In.bitcoin you can invest much smaller amount of money than in real estate or stock and at the end you can have great profit. Biger profit for smaller investment. Real estate market changes all the time and it's not easy to always pick the right property that will bring you profit and usualy you have to wait a long time for that. Have you heard of startups? They are known to generate more than those 10-20 % a year, but you never know if they will succeed. It's more or less a gamble, just like people were gambling with BTC in the early stages. In 2010 you were paying a few $ for it, but you never knew if those few $ will ever bring profit. Back then BTC was just a subject to talk about among cryptography enthusiasts and programmers.

Compared to real estate it produces much greater profits, but it's not a physical good. You can buy a big house, live in it and rent out rooms at the same time. With BTC you just  owe a digital proof that can be traded via an exchange, much like stocks.

I won't entirely say that bitcoin is better than any other conventional investment asset. Probably it has outrun any other investment asset in terms of growth and return but it is risky as well. Bitcoin price is very dynamic and can fluctuate from one end to another in no time. So if anyone is looking for a safe investment option for capital protection, bitcoin is not a good and wise choice for him.

Instead bitcoin is a best fit for aggressive investors who are willing and also capable to handle losses. Today bitcoin is riding high positivity and hence we are seeing this exponential growth of bitcoin price. It may happen in future, that all governments ban bitcoin and declares it illegal. The price will automatically go down to the lowest possible level. So bitcoin can definitely provide higher return than any other conventional investment but may not be the best choice for everyone.

Well this is the 3rd thread I have seen regarding this anyways, well everyone decides what they are comfortable in and that depends upon the market that is able to go through all ypur expectations, well I personally feel that Bitcoins are better than stock market in terms of investment because:-

They let you earn even if you have nothing to invest and then you can think about Saving up those.

They are more transparent and you don't need that much documentation to start investing in Bitcoins.

Like in stock market when you have to really start investing ..you usually first have to pay fee then.. you have to give necessary documents for withdrawal.. its a cumbersome process and genuinely very long, you need papers and many more things. Where as in bitcoins anyone can invest without indulging in all this.

In stock market you can't .. Really.. point out your stocks as commodity, where as in bitcoins they for sure work as an asset.. you can exchange them whenever you want pay through them and.. its all acceptable.

The first reason that i see is that people could join bitcoin without capital investment to involve.By starting slowly in the campaigns, they could earned slowly but surely and will have the opportunity to become rich with out spending any penny. The obvious answer is the people trust bitcoin. As a result the price goes up. Just within a year the price increase is 10 times.  Without the people putting their money bitcoin cannot reach what it it today.
It's just the same with stocks if a certain stock is trusted by the people then people will put their money to it and that stock price will skyrocket.

bitcoin today is in high demand and it is also a new trend in investing that is why the price is soaring high, but if we compare its market capitalization bitcoin was just a very very small like less than .1 percent when all stocks and real estate combined.it is still not widely acceptable to the masses so i can say that it is far less better than other commodities, but the more people trust bitcoin today, but didn't know what the future it could take.
