I think it is scam, before ICO, they were active but after the 1st phase, they are suddenly quite. The server was down right at the time ICOs started. After 2 mins opening, all token's gone, plus the captcha problem.
I'm out. 

It is the same for almost all this type of ICO's...Hextra, ethconnect and so on just to mention but a few.

• Why does Ucoin Cash use 2 Captcha?

Our goal is to create fairness for all members. Without using two captcha, members using the bot will have more advantages than the other members. Not many people know that some skilled and experienced buyers could use bot to buy UCH, and we consider it as an unfair competition among members. Google Captcha would make it harder for members using bot to buy UCH. What we were trying to do is to expand opportunity to all members, we gain no benefit from doing such things.

• Why does Ucoin Cash sell only 100,000 UCH tokens, is it too few?

We start with a small number of tokens being sold to help members get acquainted with 5 steps of buying UCH and other related skills to be able to buy UCH on ICO day, then we will gradually increase the number of UCH tokens. If not, only skilled and seasoned individuals can buy UCH for the first times of ICO. When we start something new, it is usually confusing as we lack proper skills and need 2 or 3 times of practice so that we can get familiar with. Therefore, we would like to help our members get used to our buying steps to succeed in buying UCH the next times.

• Why wasn't Captcha displayed during purchase?

As you know, when all UCH tokens are sold out, the captcha will not be displayed. However, there were some technical errors occurred during our ICO yesterday, which led to misunderstanding among our members. If we could have informed you that all the UCH tokens were sold out or our ICO was accomplished, there would be no such misunderstanding. Due to our technical errors, some might think that while the ICO was still taking place but the captcha was not displayed. In fact, the ICO took place in just 2 minutes, but we couldn't give you any sign to let you know about this completion. We'd like to emphasize that our ICO took place within only 2 minutes, which even made us quite surprised and confused. We do apologize for causing you dissatisfaction this time and we will improve our service quality so that such errors wouldn't occur again.

Why does the status "The service is unavailable" occur when I log in?

4 hours before and after the ICO, a huge number of visitors sending a large number of requests to our website, which resulted in local congestion on our server. Our technical team had filtered traffic, limiting a number of requests from each IP address to an appropriate extent, improving the server's physical processing capacity. And from November 15th 2017 at 6 pm (NewYork Time), we are successfully handle the load of hundred thousands of visitors to our website.

There are some other technical errors occurs during our ICO yesterday, which may lead to the dissatisfaction among our customers. We would take all your feedbacks into serious consideration to better our performance.
