Is there still problem with deposit/withdraw tokens of UCH? I can't send it to another account.

It's been a week since I and my friends deposit from myetherwallet.com on the 14th of November, but we still did not receive the money despite sending a lot of emails asking for the issue.

Me and couple of friends tried with in the first second and it shows
"the Maximum Amount of UCH that you can buy is 0"..Seriously i didn't buy anything today but still got this message.
