I would definitely say he's a scam. Considering how much people selling UCH @ 6usd to 10usd. Yet he priced himself at 3.5usd and still not sold out yet lol.

Theres a post couple page behind saying he blocked the people who already send the btc/eth.

I made 2 withdraws that are Completed on site, no one arrives into my wallets and i made it earlier than 29.

Is not the site that is bad it is the inexperienced people running the site that is bad. Knowing the same things happened for the first 5 rounds did you expect anything different. They are not worried how the site runs for investors nor do I think they are trying or have plans to fix it.....why would they are making money and that is all they care about.
