I can log on with my 2FA and I do see my Ucoin.  

According to the post on the website, the exchange will reopen on Christmas. It sounds like they are ignoring the incident. Good luck to us all.

Why?

1. everyone can log in without putting his own password = you can log in everyone account if you know the email (security fucked)
2. as the exchanger opened for the small 5 mins, someone was selling around 3M coins... really???
3. bad communication and probably bad developers
