He is right though - for the ordinary person in the world, gold coin is a far superior name compared to bitcoin, litecoin, etc.

Could the coin have been released better, and implemented better?  sure, you guys are smart, you already know that.

But anything can happen.  Devcoin could be worth $1 in a few years.  Nibble could be worth $15,000 LOL.

If there is investment in the coin, and promotion of the coin, it could blow up.  The ordinary lay person doesn't know or care about a premine, instamine, fork, or any of the above.

I suppose you have a point.  All it takes is "HRMM BITCOIN OR GOLDCOIN?  GOLD'S WORTH MORE, IMMA GET THAT ONE" and poof.

He is right though - for the ordinary person in the world, gold coin is a far superior name compared to bitcoin, litecoin, etc.

People don't even want REAL gold coins let alone something from the internet.

Mark Dice tried to sell a 1 oz Gold Eagle coin to people on the street for $50 and no-one was interested. He even offered to have it valued at a cash for gold place for them. It is worth over $1100 but there were no takers.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SuYaLnWPzuo

In the following video he offers it free to the first person who can guess its value within a + or - 25% margin. Many people think it's worth only a few bucks and one woman guesses that it's worth 38 cents. Shocked

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WAaVK5AkZzI

Gold is not money for most people, it is something to wear on your finger or in your mouth. Otherwise they see it as near worthless.

Anyway I hope he is right because when they started with Goldcoin I got 5000 GLD free. Which I stuck on a memory stick. Thought about changing it to Litecoin but I couldn't be bothered as it was only worth 2 LTC or something. It's worth less now.

I like to back the underdog but I doubt even the name can save Goldcoin in the long run. Undecided

The reason why no one bought it is because none of them are retards.

You think if some random stranger you met on the streets offered you a gold coin for $50, would you believe it was real?

Most of them probably thought it was some cheap metal painted gold. Those videos mean nothing.

you watched all 12 minutes? Microguy is my friend, but i didn't watch more than 15 seconds worth of that video because i want to percieve him as a normal person.

My negative trust rating is reflective of a personal vendetta by someone on default trust.

Block rewards in order:

1 - 200 Block @ 10k GLD (START Mining – They will go fast)

201 - 2200 Blocks @ 1k GLD (should last a day)

4 million in the first 2200 blocks  - good luck witht he dump !  .

but

i'd take the (START Mining – They will go fast) and the (should last a day)

out of the sentance becasue  the idea of a pump and dump is to get poor bastards to buy into scam and push your first 4 million up .

how do you expect to scam anyone? when you are saying actually - (START Mining – They will go fast) and the (should last a day)

you need to delete that , otherwise duh , everyone that you are intending to scam will know that 4 million units where geenrated in the first day Huh

i'm just trying to help .

i'm helping the Goldcoin guys out as you can see - and I have decided to get someone to explain that on the Youtube - to the "buyers" just in case there are any buyers -

and please Hyoshi , please can i ask , i don't mind that you want to shoot a Pump Dump - but can you Please not associate yourself with GLDcoin too much  with the nibble symbol ?

I respect all this if you don't agree with my request , but , again I just want to state that GLD is clearly a scam - i want no part of it - and it denigrates nibble to even be associated with it - i don't see GLD as a competitor - i just want to look after the political situation - things in the world change if you had of answered my Pm or send me an email here digitalindustrynibble@gmail.com - i can explain to you  further –

I’d have been happier if you would have created a new forum user to push GLD .  – Luckycoin was my name –(and the alternative better logo)  I created the name – but I respectfully declined to have anything to do with the release once i knew the parameters –

nibble when looked back upon later will be shown to have no such scam – and I want to make it stay that way -

wow, is he serious??

he's 7 million worth of serious - the number mined on the first day .

how many do you think they gave him to do this ? , I'm going to call 3 million .

maybe not that much but I'd say over 1 mil .

question is Micro guy how are you going to dump it ? - its too much ?

{sigh} - if we all could just see if we benefit everyone we can all win ?

{emo sigh} - i don't think we are going to learn that ?

Are you comparing the Weight brothers and your premined goldcoin?
