Hey, guys.
Projects raise millions of dollars in ETH. Participants of the bounty campaigns significantly help them to do this.
Would it be fair if the participants will receive ETH for their work? Or 50% in ETH and 50% in tokens?
I think it is just justifiable to pay their participants in ETH if they are raising funds using ETH anyway and it will also lessen the dumpers after their token gets listed on exchanges. It will also be nice for bounty campaigns to have an escrow if they are going to pay in ETH, others don't pay their participants when they don't reach their minimum goal which is quite unfair for bounty campaign participants who did their nest advertising the failed projects for weeks.

i am not ok for paying bounty hunters with eth because it's investors money!

as investors take risk by investing their money, bounty hunters must take risk and be paid with tokens!

as bounty hunter, i do my own research before participating!

Thanks for your opinion, but please, don't put in a single row of investment and promotion\development. Projects always indicate in their whitepapers how they will use the raised investments. And usually, as a rule, an essential part for marketing. So the "bounty" is marketing (in its main part). Crowd marketing. And "bounty" is not exactly the right word for this.

A qualitative bounty campaign with increased requirements to participants and payment in ETH (or 50\50) by a quality and promising project on the contrary will reduce the risks of investors.

not necessarily, since being paid by using a token is a worthwhile result because they have been promoting their tokens not ethereum.

In my opinion support direct payment in etherum for bounty
Sometimes when you compare what was raised on ICO
and what was given to the marketing force of the ICO a.k.a Bounty hunters, you wonder if bounty hunter were deliberately been hunted! There is a lots of rip off going on with regards to payment.
If an ICO  were to pay an advertisement fee on Google facebook etc.

In my opinion it is not possible to make payment with eth for 99% of icos. Because they mostly do not have enough money so they open a crowdfund. So they mostly do not have enough ethereum to send to bounty participants.

Thanks for your opinion, but probably you didn't quite understand my proposal. I mean the payment in ETH after the ICO, if, of course, the project has reached its goal.

I agree. Probably I should write instead "on the contrary" the word "most likely" Smiley Don't you think that the option 50/50 is really the most mutually beneficial, in such cases?

My vote is no because if project become big your tokens might worth much more then few dollars worth ETH.
If not you will be holder of worthless tokens which happened to me  Grin
It is actually double edged sword.

Why not 50 to 50 in such cases? Smiley
That's the best answer, to decrease the possibility of the big dump by the developers on the ethereum market. That will stabilize the market rather than put all of the payment in the altcoin.
Especially the market of altcoin was not strong like eth.

For me honestly it is good to receive eth for bounty payments because base on my experiences in bounty campaign i have not yet sold a token that is base on its ICO price after it is listed in exchange unlike if you receive eth it is more stable and has more tendency to go up unlike in newly listed altcoins.

You will never be paid in the ethereum because they are not profitable for it and it is 100 percent
That's very selfish.
You do know that the ICO's that get over millions of dollars put into it was promoted by those bounty hunters right? They should get paid.

I fully support the vote here for that. that generosity for participation in campaigns ICO was paid in an etherium or at least half an etherium, and half-issued tokens. True, the ICO team will not support, I think this innovation, it is clearly not profitable for them. Signatures participating in campaigns, for example, receive their tokens after they have already been paid to investors and are in full swing on the stock exchange and have already fallen significantly in price. Therefore, in fact, they have to settle for their course already several times lower, and most of the coins never rise in price.

If there is an option then I am ready to accept them in ETH because some companies are paying shit altcoin which is not going to use in the longer run. So If companies ready to pay us in ETH for promoting their campaign then we are ready to set go for it.

I think paying in Ethereum makes sense as they can avoid the rush of token sales after the bounty payouts which normally lowers the price.

I have at times though opted for the project tokens instead of Ethereum when I have had the choice as I believe they will be worth more in the long run.

As long as everyone is ok with that im good,
but as others say it will be decided by the admins who manage the bounty payment
besides we can't argue with them because they are the one who made the payments
and also if they are comportable with they way they do payment im ok with that
because if we change it they will have hard times starting over the process they are
already familliar with , so let the admin who manage the bounty payments its not us
to argue with the admin lets just support them

Hey, guys.
Projects raise millions of dollars in ETH. Participants of the bounty campaigns significantly help them to do this.
Would it be fair if the participants will receive ETH for their work? Or 50% in ETH and 50% in tokens?
I agree with 50% Ether and 50% in tokens, some of the tokens that participant earn from bounty campaigns end up decreasing in value once they hit the market, this means that participants won't be benefiting for the hard work in promoting the project during its ICO stage.

According to the growing Bitcoin price, projects can even double their profit if they need some month after ICO to release their products. If you invest in Bitcoin and wait a long period, it's doubtful that you can get profit. ETH is more stable, but it can also change.

I will like to receive payment for my bounty promoting in etherrum more than token.  I am having problems converting my token to ethereum as I am new in how token work. I will prefer to get every payment for my token in ethereum since it is easy for me to convert my ethereum to bitcoin and fiat. Ethereum also have stable price than others tokens were price get dumped after listed on exchangers.

But at the same time, project founders successfully use raised ETH, and those who helped them to get it are left with their precious coins. It should not be. And first of all, really good and far-reaching projects should support this. Option 50/50 is the most mutually beneficial and rational, at my discretion.

I found today one project that provides the option of choosing bounty payment in ETH or tokens. But somehow it seemed incomprehensible to me. The bounty program doesn't specify how much and for what participants will receive payment. Just stated that you can do and send links through their system and the AI will count. I don't know if this is true, but the project raised 15000 ETH on pre-ICO. Here's a link https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2069043.0

This is good but it is impossible to happen because the ICO are promoting their own altcoin too in which they should promote their token more in order for them to be known that is why some ICO are giving their token for free in we called this air drops. They are using the ethereum but limited to platform only so that investors could easily trade at the cheaper price.
