Why BTC is rising the price?

Because many buyer as of now buy bitcoin so thats why the price continue to increase.
I hope this is it more investor will come to bitcoin so we can make more profit.

Bitcoin is acting so weird now, it doesnt follow its usual price chart pattern.  It should go down by now by the way.  I guess it is because many people are still holding bitcoin in hope of getting a BTG coin. After the fork it should go down.

My guess is that CME group announced it intends to launch bitcoin futures in the fourth quarter of 2017.

It only means that there is very significant price pressure that is pushing it up. I could bet that this is institutional money that is coming in. As you said - in traditional speculative world (as bitcoin was few years ago) the big correction already should have happened.

It's not too early. In financial markets all the events are getting priced in a long time before the actual event

CME Groups announcement maybe the start of something big, this group may open the eyes of other companies to take a closer of at bitcoins and look at the potential. While for now groups announcement may not be felt yet but if you are looking beyond 2 to 3 years from now I can feel that more companies and individuals will start to believe in Bitcoins as a crytocurrency and not as a tool to scam people.

The reason of the rising of bitcoin is of course the fork for now. People have big expectations from the fork and the new prices. The curiosity to the bitcoin is increasing day by day. BTC is increasing in price because more people and countries are beginning to understand and appreciate its usage and thus adopting it for transactions and investment and remember the saying "the higher the demand, the higher the price".

Bitcoin price increases because of the law of supply and demand. We all know there is a limited supply of bitcoin in the circulation and as of now I would like to believe that due to increasing popularity of bitcoin globally the demand also increases which leads to lack of enough supply of bitcoin and for it to sustain the market demand the price of bitcoin must be adjusted higher and I think there's no way for bitcoin to goes up now and in the future.

The more new investors join, the higher the bitcoin price goes. It some what follows the basic economic principles, not fully though. More new users joining means, more new investors. More new investors causes the price to pump due to demand. Also forks have influence on the price of bitcoin. People stock up bitcoins to get the new coin due to fork, and once they get it they sell it along with their bitcoin causing the price to  fall.

For me why btc is increasing or rising it is because bitcoin’s growth in popularity is the lack of external regulation and control from big banks. And also Bitcoin, with its decentralised exchange, means that all transfers and transactions are peer to peer.
