Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

It is on fire. But on the other hand, altcoins, suffering from it.
Once again we're on red days. Well, I expect some correction, soon or later. We'll see about it.
It's a bit scary to think that alts could go down like hell these past few days.

I know but it will recover quickly i think because of the support it gets. Bitcoin is also a trusted coin so it will not fall easily to 5k. I think it will fall to 6k in the near future and it will be back to 7k.

I hope that the fire continues to 8 or even 10k. I will make good profit then.

Corretions are always, it's a normal in markets. BTC is a revolutionary means of payment and many companies in the world are introducing it so the price is rising.

Yep, Many people are starting to use bitcoin so this means everyday more users are using bitcoin. This will help the price of bitcoin going up. Even companies famous are investing in btc.
It can also fall down very hard because bitcoin is unstable. We will see in time what will happen to bitcoin.

Why do you think there would be this epic drop? It doesn't seem feasible to me

MYGOD

I am looking at Bitmex chart, Bitcoin is WILDRAGING FIRE GUYS! The green bar just go higher and higher. Peaked at $7400, and it is back to $6900.

To be honest i am happy this happens, because IMO if one coins just keep going up without stopping. When crashes happen, it will crash it to very low price because it does not create a support line
The price of bitcoin has crossed $7000 and the line will grow up day by day which is having negative affect on other altcoins price as they are going down but November segwit2x will have a great affect on BTC price as it may crash as segwit2x is gaining supporters.

You are are happy it is peaking like this or that it will come crashing back down? I think you are right in the assessment that there wont be strong support at any level and as a result it can pile back down to ~5k. I dont see it

going much lower than that (if any) but we will see for sure come 2 weeks time.

It is on fire from the begining but people did not realise it. Now all people who saw bitcoin at $100 regret it so much

Yeah that was happiness to holders especially traders that bought at the last support. And waiting for the next resistance to take profit. Cheers  Grin

not sure until the end of the year but until the end of the fork should be better than year. and why it caused by those will not receive the more fork coin again after 2x segwit fork so, i just think the dip will come.

I agree though. What goes up must come down eventually.

hits all the high notes.  yes this is totally true. what goes up must come down and that will definetly happen to bitcoins in a few days and probably bitcoin will end soon because i belive also in the saying that all good things must come to an end, so better  prepare and save up as soon as possible in order to have something when the doomsday strikes but for now lets just enjoy the sap of bitcoin and celebrate like theres no tommorrow.

One option we can do is to sell Bitcoin at this time to be able to get big profits. but when we want to try to take risks in order to get a much higher price then Holding is one alternative. I personally believe that bitcoin prices will not stop increasing. There are still plenty of opportunities to see much higher bitcoin prices.

I have been waited for this growth within about 3 last weeks. I wouldn't tell how much cash I have got it at one single moment. But this was the moment of my happiness.  I took out my coins at the right time, before the crash happened.

Well one of 2 things will happen in the future, either some of this new money will flow into alt coins eventually after the fork. Or this may be the beginning to the end for a lot of alt coins.
