Yes I also have this prediction but the price become goes up as expected and maybe this type of situation in bitcoin price can invite more people to invest and hold it for the years so that we can enjoy a good profit in the future.

Yes a bit surprised to be honest by the speed. I had expected that bitcoin will go up before the fork but certainly the recent news from CME and amazon might have fueled the growth even more. We will see some correction soon, healthy correction can only be good for the long term growth of bitcoin

I really didn't predict that much movement from bitcoin. It made all of us wrong this time, whales probably pumped it hard and this resulted in touch and rise effect on bitcoin. The new target will probably be $8000.

Honestly, I'm a little surprised by bitcoin price these days I expect to rise the last month because of the split.
I expected it to go a little lower after the fork but it did the opposite for a reason i don't know.

Since the beginning of the year I was convinced that the price of bitcoin would end this year around $7,500 dollars, and I am surprised that we have almost reached that price so early in the year. If bitcoin follows this meteoric rhythm, I would not be surprised if the price ends this year close to $ 10,000!!!

I am not really surprised at the current price because I have heard clearly from the Cryptocurrency experts that they are gunning for the 10,000$ mark. So, the current price is only a passing phase. What I do wish is to really be on the earning side when this finally happens. As much as I can't really place its real timing to hit the mark but it is in view and very much achievable. And all is at work to make this possible. Though there is a some persons thought that it will have a sharp fall soon too

I was one of them who was confident that no fork will ever affect bitcoin price and I am glad that I was right all along. Forks simply tend to create a hostile environment where everyone feels like division of a currency will lead to its price dropping rapidly which is only true sometimes and not everytime. People must do their research into this matter before diving into this crypto world.

For me I am not really that suprise that the price of bitcoin was this high.  I had base this on the last several months and the movement of bitcoins were more on increasing counts rather than deduction. Maybe for the next 2-3 the price may increase more to 5-digit count and bitcoins may continue to boom.

Ofcourse im surprise,  from around $6k to $8k its toatally a big change. And we are hitting $9k sooner.  Im hoping that before december or after the fork bitcoin price will pump more. I have to agree because even while I was expecting there to be a price increase, I was also surprised by the speed. The price up got so fast that it took me by surprise. Each day actually when I check the price, I still get surprised because even while I know that it will continue to increase, it goes up very fast almost each day. I also expect there to be a price correction because it's just normal to experience one especially after experiencing such a rapid price increase. I don't think the price will go down that low.

This is really a very a surprising event because most average speculation it will be just at $5,000 for this year end but still it exceed the mark. Maybe lot of rich and millionaire people are investing now to bitcoin. In addition, many countries are declaring bitcoin is a legal and they adopted so it will be means that lot of investors from these countries are pouring in.
