by the end of 2017 and beginning of 2018 bitcoin will be around 10 k $ i think... if u look at the growth in the last weeks, this is not unrealistic....

but as always in crypto currency, nobody knows...

After the events occurring last time I don't even know what amount to call. We have another 2 months this year and bitcoin has already increased the price by 700%. If we assume that bitcoin will never expensive less than 200% per year, the price next year will not be less than 14,000 dollars.

This is quite simplified.

Maybe factor in volume compared to market cap? Often low comparative volume is sign of low interest/community or very uneven distribution if a few wallets hold a very large amount of coins.


Development would be hard to work out if the devs are anonymous, and I think inital distribution should not have so much weight.

It is very hard to do this kind of rating but it seems a good idea.

mmmmm who is these powerful and rich people?
And even if crypto world is full of these people, even in the fiat finance, where market capitalitazion is  bigger and bigger than crypto capitalization, some stock price fall..

I just think that there will be a sort of price correction, but in the next few years price will rise until 10k $

My prediction would be heavily relient on the outcome of the whole segwit 2x drama. I expect a fork but from there I don't know what to expect at all. Since bitcoin's weekly chart is looking extremely parabolic, I'm expecting a drop to around $5400-5500. If that happens the lowest price will be our support level going into 2018.
If, in 2018, we are able to integrate lightning network we could very well hit $10000 around may.

I think it'll hover to what it's at right now. I don't know exactly why I feel as so, but I just think that the huge amount of support for bitcoin will peak sometime next year. There will be some conflict and whatnot, but after bitcoin is accepted by major players in the tech business, there will be a little crash due to the lack of continuous support from numerous companies that spark investors to put their money in.

I saw others are still not good with $5,000 floor so they think that $3,500 will still be seen on 2018 but I don't think so, we have to move forward bitcoin's price now is great.

On 2018, possibly that we will be able to witness more ATH's by that year. $8,000 - $20,000 I guess that will be enough for the whole year round.

Everyone's expectation here is great and we know it that there will be a massive pump that's possible to happen on 2018, simple as we are now flying to the moon.

I looked at this year and realized that the possibilities of bitcoin are unlimited. My brain can not believe it. Therefore now it is difficult for me to predict what the cost of bitcoin will be. I will say a very bold forecast - the price will reach 37,000 at the end of 2018

Hard to imagine it being much less than $25k by the end of next year. BIG institutional money is gonna start rolling in next year.
