Yeah, that is one of the downsides. Don't use MyEtherWallet for listing all your tokens. Use Etherscan.io for that. If MyEtherWallet doesn't list the token you will have to add it yourself using the custom token function.

I think that on this purse it is very convenient to keep the etherium and any other tokens, although some consider it unreliable.

I want to note that if you are selling tokens via etherdelta, using your private key, it is a good choice to open a new wallet and send valuable tokens to that wallet. Mew works quite well.

I think everyone in this forum is definitely using myetherwallet. Because every bounty campaign here uses mew. I think it's a safe and easy to use wallet. but this month a lot of phishing web scattered everywhere. so be careful.

I would not say everyone in the forum is using My Ether Wallet. Absolutely, not everyone knows much about ICO and most people using MEW today are in one way associated to ICOs.

Some people just make use of normal wallets where they can make normal Ether transactions which I do before anyway until I realized that you definitely need your controlled wallet and MEW to be able to send some of your tokens out. Lucky to have been using exodus which gives access to private key.

I use a few ethereum adresses with Mew almost everyday. And I have not had a problem until today . Transactions are really fast.  I think its safely if you can keep your private keys. Iadvise mew to beginners

I uses myetherewallet a lot of times and it is a pretty good ethereum wallet because i can have a wallet that support all of the tokens that ethereum have and that is a huge advantage for me as a bounty participant since most of the ICO in the market are being under the ethereum chain.

Be careful opening slack advisories in your email.
I have seen a lot of my email have the wrong website URL like myetherwaIlet or myetharwallet.
They are using this to hack your accounts. If you have the right website bookmark it already. And when you will check an address or a link just use the search bar or be careful with the address.
This thieves are really doing everything to rob someone.

I'm using myether wallet for store my ethereum and other erc20 tokens. It is very easy to use because it has very user friendly interface. The other reason i like myether wallet is easy to use it as a erc20 token supported wallet for the airdrop campaigns and bounty campaigns.

Myetherwallet is like the most flexible wallet. It can hold many types of coins and pretty much every coin I know is compatible with myetherwallet. You just need to top up "gas" before withdrawing or sending you coins or bitcoin/ethereum.
