For today in the USA there is no uniform approach to regulation кpиптoвaлют. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) warned investors about the risks associated with digital currency, banned some ICO and thought about the need for a more ambitious regulation of the Crypto-currency.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) became the first US regulator to allow the public trading of crypto-currency derivatives.

US Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin clearly outlined the priority of the currency over the digital currency. During the meeting of the Economic Club of Washington on January 12, 2018, he stated that he and other regulators assume a high probability of money laundering using crypto-currency. Stephen Mnuchin said that the US Financial Stability Supervision Council had formed a working group to study the crypto currency market. According to Mnuchin, first of all he "wants to be sure that crypto-currencies are not used for illegal activities."

That's a good point of yours, but the transaction fees are too high and cannot compare with banks. Well anyway bitcoin still has more to develop to become one of the strong contender in currency. The main idea is good and has a good future but many to learn.

I don't know about this. Bitcoin is a decentralized currency, meaning it was created so no one can control it, not even the government. I think we will just have to wait and see what happens.

Very important issue for at this moment I seen ever.Really your opinion is so much pretty but all countries government not try to understand Bitcoin important this is big problem.Even some governments announced Bitcoin is illegal.

in my country bitcoin and the government have different views on financial matters where my government thinks that bitcoin can cause inflation of the opposite era bitcoin assumes that can reduce inflation actually government have to have solution in this problem.

Bitcoin and the government is the best tandem, If people kindly using bitcoin without any husstle with the government people's life is like just begun of happiness. They easily transfer money using bitcoin from the other country once they need it. And if emergencies need to pay, we can do easily too. Government was an anonymous about the regulations of using bitcoin. If the government didn't accepted to regulate on every country bitcoin user was complain about the benifits of bitcoin.

Bitcoin and the government is not that close to each other because bitcoin is against centralization because it has a decentralization feature and the government doesn't want that decentralization because they want to get control of the bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies and they are trying to control it by implementing regulation so we cannot really say about this two if they will be together or nah.

There is no opinion of the government about Bitcoin. But the government of any country will not even oppose it. Bitcoin is very strong so it will be operated in the manual process.

Government view on cryptocurrency  most often has to do with the leader's view and the people in authority. Sometimes the people in  authority may not understand the concept behind technology or may feel threatened it could affect the currency of the country. If the country authorities can't benefit or do not know how to benefit from the cryptocurrency.

Good point but would you buy a stick of gum with bitcoin? Would you still give tips using bitcoin? Would you use bitcoin in small amount of transactions?

Bitcoin is a good payment system but it won't replace fiat money yet.

Firstly, the bitcoin was not designed to be identified with any government, its motive is to decentralize the financial system of the globe. That motive keeps government out of the reach of the technology and also keeps the government away from interfering with the bitcoin related transactions

Yes bitcoin is a very good way for earn some extra money and that's why many of people want to join this but government is confuse about bitcoin and they want to some proof that bitcoin will never harfull for people so bitcoin legalised in every country and that's why bitcoin will more helpful for people.

Government is panic because they not getting any income tax from trading or transfer funds from one place to another ( Fiat exchange). That's why government is opposing to the bitcoin. Also because of volatile market they are giving warning to people to stay away from trading.

You're right but not every government think positive about bitcoins. Since it has some disadvantage. Plus if youre using bitcoin for daily basis what would you do with fiat. You don't pay tax to government and in the end government become weak and may call poorest country. Not only this, mostly people use bitcoin for drug sale as i said it has some disadvantage so selling drugs is also a part of  it .For me its hard to account bitcoin for government.

The major issue of Cryptocurrency with the government is the decentralization, anonymity and inability to have the earnings made from bitcoin taxed. Until all these and much more are being attended to, there will always be issues between the government and Cryptocurrency.

Governments generally like to regulate and controls things so that they can redirect resources to their own self perpetuating interests. This isn't conspiratorial; it happens because at the head of each bureaucracy are people who have a job, like their job, and want to justify continuing their job. They need to find reasons to keep their budget and to expand it, which means they need to find problems to solve so that they can show their constituents that they're doing "something".

That said, crypto represents a bit of a problem for them doesn't it? Its hard to trace, which makes it hard to track and hard to tax. It allows for peer-to-peer transactions, which means there is no role for them in the facilitating of that transaction, no bureaucrat who needs to approve it. They can't print it, which means they can't control it. Since they don't get anything from it, it doesn't immediately expand their power or justify their existence. So how can they relate to it in a way that justifies their role? Well, it makes a great "problem" that they can solve, since they can say its the currency of crime. They can say that, whenever it crashes its because it wasn't regulated by them. I think that its infinitely more likely they'll try to punish it then help it, since they don't gain anything from helping it.
