Who can tell about this project. I mean what experience do devs already have? Who are they, where are they from?

as I know, official ANN will be:
block 10 000-15 000 only PoS
but, at block 15 001-25 000 PoW starting again with 150coins/block reward + PoS
25 001-5 000 000 PoW with 100coins/block reward +PoS
and it will be new wallet

1. Setup Windows QT wallet on another PC <--- (important step)
2. Sync wallet
3. Close wallet window
4. Copy original wallet.dat to Roaming folder and replace new wallet.dat
5. Run Windows QT wallet application
