before you invest your money, you need to think about the risk because some people can not be patience when they see the price is drop and they are doing fast selling to get their money back. but if they can understand that the dropping of the price is just temporary and the price will be increase back, then they will regret to do fast selling. if you want to invest, then you are only save for a long term and not to be panic when you see the bad things is happen like the price is down for a while.

I don't like to invest ICO it's my personal point of view. Because if you want to get profits from ICO at first everything is fully depend on ICO success.If ICO is not success your all money return i think it is positive side for ICO investor.

ICO counted in? Yeah if you still have a lot lot of money you still can invest in bitcoin tou buy in high price so you will expect much more profit or mahor alt crypto, but if you would like to you can try ICO, start it from zero to hero such a satisfaction if you did it. Good luck.

If you compare with 2009 then yes you are late.  But if you compare with 2020 then you just need to invest right away right now! on 2020 when you would look back today you will be glad that you have invested.

long story short, it's not too late just invest in bitcoins. You don't need to buy a full bitcoin, you can start with BTC0.01 or so..  good luck!

no its not to late that I believe,but you missed the good chance for a big profit withing short time.Just buy now and forgot about those coin for 4 years.
