Their are scam but not upto 90%, it just their incompetent in carryingout their project makes most of them fail to complete thereby suspending it for a while, offcouse this will make one think they are scam, just carry out research on the project, the teams, to know their worth before putting your money into it.

NOT at all because i was once in a campaign in which the bounty manager won't update the spreadsheet regularly and doesn't queries from his/her participants which came to the point that i assume it is a scam project so i stop. To my regret, they update it only after the ICO is over but luckily, i still received my reward tokens and the tokens are even growing after it hits the market.

Everybody keeps on saying scam scam scam for all of these ICO's. 90% of them are crap, yes. BUT there is the 10% of them, like vector, who are absolutely not scams. They are good projects that will really help the crypto community grow and its not fair to call an ICO a scam until you have actually researched it and you are sure it is a scam.

Just my two satoshis...
No, not every ICO is a Scam. There are projects that are worthy of attention and respect, their teams work with dignity, but not everyone is able to raise the funds that are necessary for their development today, and this is sad. But there are also scammers, thanks to which, worthy teams can not collect the necessary amounts, they hinder the development of others.

If you carefully select ICO projects you will not get to the scam. I advise you to choose projects on the icodrops. Usually ICO from China make a big profit.

It's true that there are many ico's that are frauds, but even so, there are some that have brought huge profits to investors.

We don't have to rush to make choices, we have to study very well and have confidence in the project.

It is impossible to say exactly which projects are fraudulent, but I can say for sure that there are much more such projects. It is necessary to carefully analyze the projects in order to choose good projects.

Dear all,
Oh no, I do not think so. I know that many scams on ICOs, but all of them are scam is wrong. The crypto world have still high trust managers and they can push the financial system better. I beleive them. Vote for them, not scams!

I don't think so, because not all ICOs are scam and I think for now there are a lot of ICOs that fail and market prices go down because people don't start believing in crypto and assume that all ICOs are scam.

There is no business that doesn't have its own trying moment. Many people are into this business now and that is why scammers are many. But not all the ICOs are scam. in order not to be scammed, one have to be patient and follow the rules strictly for any ICOs you want to do.

I participated in two projects, and one of them turned out to be successful. The project team is developing the project, the tokens are already traded on the exchange. The work is in full swing.

A recent study, based on publicly available information and sources, claims that nearly 80 percent of the initial coin offerings (ICO) are scams, and only a meager 8 percent of the floated ICOs manage to reach the trading stage on the various cryptocurrency exchanges.

Not every single one of them, I'm quite sure of that. We cannot just say that every ICO is a scam just because we got scammed by a few of them. There are still those ICOs that are legit and would give opportunity to people. Based on my experience, there were also times that I got scammed, but most of the time it was successful.

Not all ICO's are scam although some are, there are genuine ICO's that is likely to change your life if you invest and join so are the ones that are likely to give you the shock of your life. All you have to do is to do proper research on every project before you join or else you might end up laughing at the wrong side of your mouth.

Now that investors have become smart, scam icos will slowly disappear because they can no longer get money, and in 2017, scam icos can easily fool tens of millions of dollars, which is exactly cause of the bear market.

There are many fraudulent projects in the cryptocurrency market, and with the number of fraudsters in the ICO clearly increasing, there are still promising and useful projects that will be valuable to future societies and investors.

this is a statement in 2017 and I'm sure you will regret ever saying this last year which is very contrary to this year.
