A very big NO. Not all ICOs are scam as most people see it. We got legitimate ones which you might unfortunately not encountered hence the conclusion that all ICOs are scam.

Not all ICOs are scams.
There are still many ICO who are honest and have good quality.
There may be some ICO that is a scam and able to make many people worry about scams.
But I suggest that before joining the ICO you should check thoroughly for an ICO because a good ICO certainly has good advantages too.

I'm not saying that all ICO is a trick. there are in fact some ico who simply cheat since they don't give rewards when ico closes. in any case, for me it doesn't decrease my eagerness to gain salary in different ico battles. I additionally joined the ico program. what's more, I procure salary. the critical thing is before going to ico, we learn first and investigate ico. in the event that I think their hierarchical structure is great, I will tail it.

Everybody keeps on saying scam scam scam for all of these ICO's. 90% of them are crap, yes. BUT there is the 10% of them, like vector, who are absolutely not scams. They are good projects that will really help the crypto community grow and its not fair to call an ICO a scam until you have actually researched it and you are sure it is a scam. Just my two satoshis... There are still some ICO's that are legit although yes there is a lot of scam ICO right now but not all. I already join the campaign of some ICO and all of us give the pay for the work that we've done and happy from it because we get something because of our hard work and it doesn't end for nothing. Try to read first the whitepaper and research about their manager so that you have a lot of knowledge and help you to conquer those kind of obstacle. |

Unfortunately, it is rather difficult to find such ICOs because of numerous scam projects which will never present a working product. |

in fact, there are many ico scams. but not all ico is a scam. You must be smart in choosing ico so you don't get ico scam.
That's right, especially now that there are many ICOs that have sprung up and are scam too. so to choose an ICO for investment or to take part in a bounty it's better to be telephoned right so that the selected ICO is not a scam it can work well There are still many ICOs that are not scam, there are only few worthless projects that turned out to be a scammed. However, we can't avoid those kinds of ICOs, it is a trial and error, we could tell what will happen in the future of the ICO that we joined, all that we could do is to hope for a success project for them so we could get our salary in return, that way, all of our efforts and hard works will be paid off. Answering OP's question, if all of the ICOs are scam, then what is the point of them creating project if they know that there are no people who would buy their tokens when their ICO starts, it doesn't make any sense. Therefore, not all of the ICO are scams. |

There are many such ICOs. We just need to find good ones and invest in them. There are interesting projects there and this is a great way to earn money. Not all ICOs are fraud. Just be careful and invest in projects that you are sure of. Invest only in good projects

if every coin were to be a scam like you just said then bitcoin and the rest of other popular coins wouldn't have been in existence. maybe you might have invested into the wrong project but that doesn't mean every coin is a scam

There is still plenty of gold in the gravel, just as you select, you will see a lot of ICO with their great project. In 2018 I have seen many good projects, but the market has overshadowed those projects because people are only interested in profit and current prices.

Definitely not all ICOs are cam be considered a scam for there are lots of highly successful ICOs that are continually revolving around the crypto world.Anything can be used for a scam so we just have to be cautious in investing. we must intensive research before putting your money in an investment. Many ICO stop their development after few years and suddenly left the project. But there are few who continue their development and deliver what they promise on their investors. |

Of course not, actually there are still many good ICOs and have a clear concept, unfortunately one or ten ICOs that scam make that everyone thinks that all ICOs are a scam, learning the team and always looking for information is important not to be hit by a scam.

Not every project. But most of the ICOs can be considered as scams now. This is due to the popularity of the crypto I think. That means lots of individuals have launched ICO with the sole purpose of making money.

But the very fact that you yourself mentioned that 90% of them are crap does not make much of a reputation for this type of project. I am also of the opinion that there are projects that are fully deserving our trust and investment, but the majority determines the opinion of the people about them - and it is that they are a scam. |

That's right, the ICO market of course is crawling with scammers and we need to do something. But remember that all the coins of the top 10, too, once was just ICO projects. A lot of great projects that will live for a very long time and will contribute to the development of the crypto market.

No, you can't say like that. Because there are still good ICOs. As well there are a lot of scams in the crypto field. But we can't tell, every ICO is a scam. We should read out the all of Website, Whitepaper, ANN Thread and telegram chat before involving any ICO project. So this is the way to prevent the joining of scam projects.

ICO is not synonymous with scam. There are scam in every sector and niche of cryptocurrency and beyond. Many ICO gave been very successful and has yielded good profit for investors. Some other ICO are purely wasting of time, resources and effort.
Just the ICO organization is too available. Almost anyone can create your coin, promise anything you want and release it. And then people don't know what to do, so the coins and die. |

Just ensure you study a project very well before investing in it. |
