As you said coinbase is one of the most popular exchange and it is available for fiat to bitcoin, ethereum and litecoin only and still coinbase is not available in all countries so if your country has coinbase then no problem or you can buy bitcoins at localbitcoins.com which is available in almost all the countries, and it is also quite secure wallet the trades are done with escrow so no need to worry about the scams at localbitcoins. The other popular exchange are kraken and poloniex which trades bitcoins as well as most of the altcoins.

Actually i want to know when we earn btc how can we get it to cash .  Is there any secure website or something

Yes you can exchange it into cash dude, here in our country we have an application in our mobile devices that immediately convert bitcoins into a cash with just a single tap on our phones. We can withdraw our bitcoins into cash using atm machines even without atm card that is how convenient bitcoins are in our country. You must be living in a different country I know that you have somehow like an application like what our country have. And if you do not have it, you can always sell it into and individual just join in a group of bitcoiners in a social media sites.

you mean wallet mate?  Yes there are some trusted wallet that allow us to convert our btc to cash. But ithink depends on country cause every wallet support a different banks  to convert our btc. So you must choose wallet that support on your country also. I am from Philippines and the best and secure wallet to convert my btc to cash is coin.ph easy to use also. So if I was, you mention your location/country so that we can easily help you.
Yup in all country know we have the facility to exchange our bitcoins to cash. If you provide your country name, then people will help you out. Or else google it you only get all BTC to cash exchange sites details in that see the reviews and go for the best one.
It is very easy to take out your bitcoin in cash, the simplest way is to connect your bitcoin base account to your bank account and cash it out. Bitcoin is providing people a chance to be in very short time. It is quick and easy to be transferred and helping people to meet their financial needs easily

In our country, we have coins.ph. We can send our bitcoins to the coins.ph address, register it to our names, and then convert to points which later can be converted to cash and will be withdrawn on banks certified by coins.ph. I hope it works out for you.

This has been posted somewhere here in the forum. You can use coinbase, if it supports your country, or you use localbitcoins.com which is the easiest and most simple way of selling bitcoin for cash.

In our country, we have a application that lets us hold our bitcoin and we can easily change it into cash. We are required to have a bank account because its where our real cash go. Sometimes we can also get it in pawnshops but this requires transaction fees. Owning a bank account is really good because it is still safe to place money there. If you have friends that also uses bitcoin, you can ask them on how they are going to get the money they get from using bitcoin.

I think that theres a lot of website you can use to withdraw your bitcoin. Here in us, Philippines most of us use Coins.ph to withdraw. Thats the primary wallet i know. But i think you can also use other like coinbase, localbitcoin etc. Just find the website you can use in your country because that may charge you less.

You can remove bitcoins in the same way as you bought them. Use exchangers, offshore payment cards. This on the Internet is complete.
Yeah you are right the use of the bitcoin is now very easy and a lot of the people are buying the bitcoin at the same time I hope the bitcoin value and the demand of the bitcoin is increasing, I hope the future of the bitcoin is increasing more and more. I am not the bitcoin user yet but a friend of the mine is not increasing the bitcoin at the same time I hope the bitcoin will buy a lot of the people as the bitcoin user.
