Actually i want to know when we earn btc how can we get it to cash .  Is there any secure website or something

you can withdraw cash from btc you have. if you have a btc you must also have a wallet to store btc then the wallet you use to save bitcoin you can use to withdraw cash if you have converted it into real currency. now many bitcoin wallets that you can use and each has a different way, therefore you should learn it before using it intact.

You can use local exchangers in your country. Usually they change any online currency(Qiwi, CashPay etc.) or cryptocurrency(ETH/BTC) to your local money banks with comissions

There have many ways to convert you bitcoin to cash on this online platform. Localbitcoin and paxful is the best exchanger for bitcoin to convert local cash money. You can also sell  bitcoin on local market  for the different type of reseller but i always prefer to using local bitcoin pxful because some are totally illegal bitcoin and you will go to jail for bitcoin buy-sell

To exchange BTC for Fiat, you can use the BestChange.ru website (Only Russian language). In column "Oтдaдитe" (Give) choose BTC and in column "Пoлyчитe" (Get) choose "Visa/MasterCard USD". After that, choose the exchanger with the best rate and the maximum number of good reviews.

It will depend on your country. Actually, I came from Phillippines the country of the best boxing player Senator Manny Pacquiao. The Bitcoin and the ETH are allow in our place and we have own wallet. Yes own wallets. That is coinsph similar to coinbase if you are familiar in coinbase. The different we don't have a bitcoin cash and we cant do the trading in the coinsph. Coinsph have PHP, BTC, ETH. We can cash out though the BPI and EastWest bank, Cebuana Lhuillier is a remittance company and coinsxprees is cardless ATM isntant payout.

Many have actually gave you website option alternatively, if you network well you can sell to a fellow crypto Enthusiast. Please ensure that you use trusted escrow or you can request for a face to face transaction. I hope that helps.
