ICO is a good way of raising funds as a concept. Really opens up financing for a lot more team. I believe that as time passes, it will be harder and harder to do scam ICOs, and ICO market quality will rise.

Yes, because it's too easy and no control of authority so many of us getting scam, loosing money on bad project.
Even some projects showing very good and potential like Tezos did. And now, let's see what're they doing with our money

This is why i do really agree on ICO to be regulated because this would really changed up the system which scam would really be less compared on non-regulated ones. ICO are good investment but would depend on a certain project which do really have a real-world usage or benefit among people. They do earn and at the same time its investors do earn to which means its a win-win situation for them.

If you have little money and you want to try to dip into investment world I suggest you to test project investing in pre-ico. I would also advise you to pay attention to - miralab.io. Anyway, detecting scam ICOs is difficult. Firstly, study about project, what their vision and mission make the project, read their white paper, find out more about team and see how active developers in social networks. Think and go for it!

I think personally. experience is the most important part, as well as with knowledge. but basically it's all speculation and sometimes there are some ico who become scam. that's a risk we have to face

In my opinion, some ICO can be really trusted.
The most important point here is that what the ICO brings to community, if not, they just want to steal money from investors and... they are just scammers.

I like to invest in pre-ICO, because I have an opportunity to buy tokens when they are cheap. Actually, there are too many ICOs. The most successful ICOs will still be those that solve an actual problem, I found Mira https://miralab.io/. They have solid team, good white paper and their goals are achievable or realistic one. Nowadays, its the most promising project for me.

ICO is good for investment. But each ICO is not good investment. You have to study Project Report, Routemap,  White paper, Team is also an important factor for successful launch of ICO.

I can vouch for this. Not all ICOs are good though. But some ICOs are really good investment.
