KYC is such a easy process. If you’re signed up to an exchange, it’s the same process. I don’t get how people are having a difficult time getting this done. Main sale should be closed by now. Everyone who was in the pre-sale had to do KYC weeks before.

You should definitely have a softcap. From your initial analysis you ought to be able to know what is the least amount needed to be raised for a MVP.
To an investor you are basically saying: "hey - I have a concept but I haven't a clue how much its going to cost to turn it into reality". Bad move!!
In retrospect, if you have no hardcap - that's somewhat understandable as anyone would be happy if their tokens are sold out as it means more liquidity.

I am no expert in ICOs, but I do know what to look for as an investor. From what I have already gathered (I posted about your KYC and white-listing earlier) there seems to be some aspects of your strategy/ rather implementation thereof which are lacking.

These are indeed facts that show you did actually engage in thorough research.
