cedex what will be base price when cedex coin is released on exchanges. this is imprtant to investors as if min base price is fixed at $0.8 then even after falling ethereum, investor money will be saved, I know other factors can still count which affect coin price

Market at lowest point, yes! Why not a 20% offer for newbies and 30% for current holders, or something similar? What was the new exciting offers talked about? Yes a great team but very stubborn in my opinion.

Indeed, post the first day of public sale, figures are dissapointing. Much to do with the absence of the Japanese market from sale but not solemnly. Our inquiry into parallel strong ICO's results shows similarity in decline in demand and in many cases even worse. Nothing to comfort us, just to say that market sentiment is negative and it "rained" all over.

In respect to Japan. We are probably amongst the few global companies to address the j-fsa for permission to run ICO  in Japan. Once the Japanese regulator is examining documents , it is beyond our ability to know / estimate when procedures will end. Adding to that , the j-fsa had to encounter the "coin check" exchange loss of 500 million us which resulted in complete shift of their atttention, It caused substantial delay substantial. All I can say April the 9th is that we are still working hard with the best legal firms in Japan to make a last minute breakthrough in process.
