but if the price went to historical high like 500,000 USD.

and bitcoin upgrades to handle million of transactions per seconds

The fees became dramatically low.

Then that is the time to accept bitcoin.

Well smart people will not sell all his property instead he will multiply it and diversify all his assets. I know bitcoin is a good investment but turning all your fixed asset into fiat money just to buy bitcoin is really not a good idea. Buy bitcoin in a smartest way because this is really the future of technology.

Well I think a lot of it is down to the finance of the person. If I have 10k to spare then I will definitely invent on bitcoin. But life needs to go on and most people will have a family to support. I think a lot of people can see the opportunity but just don't want to risk their savings.

You do not need to sell all your assets and buy bitcoin that is too risky, it has a big possibility to ruined your life if bitcoin dump its value. Much better if you really want to invest in bitcoin you should put money that you can afford to lose.
Me i have investment in bitcoin came from 5% of my salary in my regular job and some of my earnings in bitcoin i treated as my investments.

The title of this thread makes sense, and that's about it.  Yes, smart people bought bitcoin as late as two months ago.  If you'd done that you'd have made crazy ass money.  Then there are idiots like myself who spent all the bitcoin they had, thinking the price was bound to crash.  Or sold it to buy extra stuff that wasn't needed.  Man, if I'd just kept all that bitcoin I'd bought when the price was $400 I'd be sitting on a pile of crypto that's way bigger and more valuable than it is now.  None of the stuff I bought has appreciated in value as much as bitcoin has.  *Oh well*.

I agree that many smart people bought bitcoin because bitcoin connected their life. People posted something to say here because that was their job. You won't be the first to do it. Taihuttu did it and I am sure he has the huge balls to accommodate the risks. I would not say you shouldn't, and really it can be tempting to want to go all in on BTC to the point of selling everything.

After all, if you had taken that risk a long time ago, it would have paid you now, but you have to realize it is a very huge risk to take. As long as you understand that and ready to deal with it in case the unspeakable happens, then you can go ahead.
