But if you carefully read what's in the whitepaper and their roadmap your probably understand what project is there. It's all about reading and reviewing their project if it's worth enough or not.

I think it is very risky to invest in ICOs, however high risks do come with high rewards. If you are experienced in the crypto scene and thus having a good intuition whether a particular ICO will be successful, then definitely go for it.
