The idea seems nice and it would be great if only it was original and that's not the case. It is hard for me to find the project I have seen before, but the idea was to pay potential buyers of some goods for advice on how to improve the products. Thus, I believe, this ICO might not be so cool. What is good about them, though, is dev team, the fact that there're already some investors for this project and that CEO is an expert on crowdfunding.  So, overall, maybe it does have chances.
