It has dropped to 6,000$ indeed. You can choose to compare with the price from December, but it you look at the price of January 2017, it's still a huge rise for the bitcoin. I am sure the bitcoin still have a good future

The values of bitcoin in the first quarter of year 2018 have been disappointing until now, I am putting my hopes in the month of April for now and hopefully the values of bitcoin are able to recover to a minimum of $10,000 USD per bitcoin, $50,000 USD per bitcoin might not be happening soon with the current bad shape on the crypto-currencies trading market. Unless the government decides not to spread FUD again.

That 50k price sounds like music to my ears, but also sounds a little out of reality.
While it would awesome if BTC was worth 50k at the end of Q4, I'm personally expecting more of a 20k-25k price is far more foreseeable.

I think at the moment it is possible to tell that for bitcoin it is not a side-altar in the nearest future, only after such growth there will be a big sag as we nabolyudat it this year therefore it will be necessary to manage to come into Fiat or to remove.

It is in the realm of possibility of course but probably not too practical. I don't envision a price higher than 40k this summer but I would certainly love to be wrong about that! 50k is almost inevitable I feel this year, but not until later in the year I think.

It was in my opinion quite obvious that we were in the middle of a bubble no asset can grow so fast and so high and maintain that price for a long time, what we did not know was how low bitcoin will go and 6000 seems a fair price to me, it is still six times higher than the price at the beginning of 2017 which means that was the real growth of bitcoin six times in a single year which is very impressive, how much money could you have earned if you invested in stocks or in any other investment? A lot less I'm sure of that.

50k definitely seems not real. Personally dont't make deeper analysis, I invest long-term, anyway can't expect the coin price rising exponentially. The trend with btc was always like hit the roof, then drop gradually, than hit a new one, even higher. Now we lost it, so you just got to believe, I suppose

Not sure about a couple of months. maybe by the end of the year in the earliest. But yeah, bitcoin has shown a tremendous amount if increase in the past and i will be not surprised if it could get to that amount. Then again, maybe people are trying to hype it up to increase sales. Next is if bitcoin is s bubble that could crash. I think it will pop soon. Especially now that alot more companies and rich people are getting into it trying to control the market.

May be in a couple of years but definitely not in months, there is allot to do yet. Lots of people still unknown about the advantages of Bitcoin. If everyone starts accepting it then we may see that price sooner.

I completely agree. There have been a few price optimistic price predictions coming out recently. Its amazing to see how quick sentiment can shift. I do think there is allot of work still to be done to get the true value of bitcoin understood by the masses. At the moment I think the average retail investor just sees it as a way to make a quick buck

There is no point in discussing this and guess what the exact price will be in the near future, since the market is not very predictable and prices change every day. At the moment, such a mark, it seems unrealistic.

Hard to speculate indeed because as always said speculation only no proofs yet to hit about $50k. We all know that bitcoin price is changing at all times. We can guess it so but we don't know when it will be on that price.

There is high potential for the bitcoins to increase its price and more possibility for the prices to hit $ 50000 USD due to more demand for bitcoins in the crypto currency market. In the next quarter the prices of bitcoins will start to go with a huge leap in the crypto market making way for the bitcoins to have a wider acceptance in the crypto space which will make the bitcoins more demanding and causing it to increase the price without limits.

Yeah, being optimistic it's a good thought but I don't think that's going to happen right now, however, it had gained some inclination but that mark is still too far from here. But that doesn't mean that it is not possible, it might be getting to that milestone in the coming years and only if it gains even more public support...

It is quite hard for bitcoin to reach $50k. I believe it will take it many years to reach that price because no one will leave it be as there are many people fighting against it because it is a threat to them, thus the price either falls or remain stable or fluctuated. Added to that, the so-called experts are always giving false hopes to people so they invest in bitcoin. That is why you should never people anyone but your own self.

I still believe that by the end of this year, Bitcoin's price will make everyone's surprise look like the end of 2017, when Bitcoin rose from 2k to 18k, I think 2018 Bitcoin price will reach 50k by the end of this year.
