We are in the United States. Tony Scott is indeed real. His LinkedIn profile is here for reference: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tony-scott-9ab2172aTony was previously the CIO for the US Government, VMWare, Microsoft, and Disney. He was the CIO at Microsoft when a few of our worked there. Hence the link. He's also an advisor to Cobinhood whom recently raised approximately $14M in their crowdsale last month. He's currently part of the Blockchain Research Institute and they have asked Coinvest to be a reference case study for the institute in the future. As an advisor to the company, Tony advises in a number of different areas including security, scaling growth, and the crowdsale itself. We are extremely excited to have him on board.

Given the regulation and prohibitions of crypto in some countries, people need more and more quality and successful decentralized exchanges. With user-friendly interface and secure transactions.

I really like decentralized exchange platforms but we already have plenty of them like oax, waves. What is your advantage?
Hi Udonmez - We aren't a decentralized exchange (at least not until we execute our full vision). We are a trading platform run and managed by smart contracts. Consider us a decentralized E-Trade for cryptocurrencies. Our difference and main advantage is that we are decentralized. Our investment process is managed by smart contracts including user investment data and funds. User funds are held in escrow by the smart contract until they are withdrawn by the user. Coinvest has no ability to touch or manage those funds including the liquidity pool that collateralize and back the investments. Once funds are withdrawn from a user’s portfolio, they can be stored in the wallet or spent using the built-in debit account. Additionally the following: - Diversification: Coinvest enables you to curate your own personal index fund (In the future, we will allow users to invest into other user's personal index funds.) - Simplicity and Speed: No KYC requirements and validation as we don't deal with Fiat currency - Convenience: Invest in multiple cryptonized assets without having to worry about storage, multiple wallets, multiple private keys, and transferring / supporting all coin protocols - Functionality: Coinvest enables flexible trading options to help you obtain the best value with buy, buy limit, short orders - Cost: Since Coinvest is automated and controlled by smart contracts, third-parties and overhead are removed which leads to lower cost transactions fees For a complete and detailed comparison, we recommend you view pages 7 and 8 of our whitepaper at: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ePI50Vd9MGdkPnH0KdVuhTOOSiqmnE7WteGDtG10GuE/edit?usp=sharingThanks!

In your report on the passing of the test of Howey I pay attention to the Debevoise & Plimpton logo. Are they your legal advisers? or prepared an analysis of the securities law?

No. Debevoise & Plimpton (along with Cooley) are just contributors that created this framework for companies to test and determine if they are a security? Out of complete transparency, (because these are our values), we have not secured an official formal relationship with a legal counsel yet. We have had preliminary conversations with legal counsel and will look to formalize a relationship once our pre-sale concludes (since they are not cheap ). In preliminary discussions and based upon our parameters / results in this framework, we feel very strongly and confident that we are not considered a security. We recommend viewing lines 9 - 18 of that document for specific reasons why. Thanks!

At present, we may open it up for Japanese as well; however, the demand we have seen has been limited to English, Chinese, Russian, and Korean.

Wow, did he work for Microsoft? It's cool, they make real professionals. It's good that a person with such technical knowledge is your advisor. This is important for the project
