There was a day when my transaction haven't been completed. But it was because of the load and problems on the Eth block. But I set the gas on 500 000 and everything is ok

I think they figured it out from the start, although they wouldn't take any preemptive action unless it's actually critically important.

a couple of days there were interruptions in the work with the site, but the project team wrote notice about this, otherwise everything was in order

Unfortunately,  i missed days when the bonus was 20%, but I would invest in this project even without bonus
