Sorry I think they are just pretending to be Japanese, the site is all in English with English videos, it has a google translate to Japanese but that does not even work. There does not seem to be anything Japanese about this at all, the "Japanese brand" is fake.

It seems the dandruff user is a purchased fake account too.

if anyone is really are interested in this, I think its best to wait for this one to hit an exchange, the ICO for this is way to dodgy, let the price vs the high inflation settle when it his an exchange (maybe it will be about at about 1/10 of what the dev is asking for) then you can buy it at that price and get enough enough for a masternode and maybe get a okay  return vs inflation at that stage.
