Hi there. Please clarify, to receive POS staking rewards i have to buy VRC(vericoin), and not VRM(verium)?
These are different blockchains. You need only VRC.

I'm not really sure because I've only mined Verium but I think your local wallet is supposed to give you this information when you're staking Vericoin.

Already received my first stake rewards. It's not so hard as I thought.

I bought VeriCoin for 2$, now staking, but I have a lost of money by investing into Vericoin by investing gambling Wait for the next wave of greater fools. I thought PoW coins would be relatively stable from a price perspective compared to PoS coins or premined tokens, as miners incur real costs to generate new coins. Well, most of PoW coins are still in the lengthy period of high inflation. High inflation+fading gambling interest+low liquidity on Bittrex=you already feel the consequences.

Just because they are pow does not make them immune to marked situations. When the marked is bullish they also increase by redicolously high %, why should they suddenly not follow the marked when it is bearish?

poolinat0r.com pools:As there are much more pools out there both poolinat0r.com pools will be merged in to one single pool. Different stratum settings will be available. There will also be some other changes/final migration in to a new pool system i was working on lately. This last point might need a few more weeks, merging both pools in to one pool will happen next week. Both stratum servers will be active in the beginning and a DNS change will ensure that you wont have to change your stratum url

Now it might be a good time to look at this coin...The ANN link on coinmarketcap is still old, would be good to fix it. I don't think the coin needs a new exchange, bittrex in the major one already.

Hello VeriCoin believers, Our aim is to add value to the whole crypto community by giving the best user experience to analyse cryptocurrencies. It would be really great help from your side if you can spend 60 seconds of your time and give us your valuable feedback for our two recent updates 1) Snapshot and 2) Colourful interface of VeriCoin at: https://cointopper.com/coin/vericoinConstructive criticisms are always welcome at CoinTopper. Thank you!!

Yes I bet on VRC 6 weeks ago and it is only down 34% (to btc) for that period. What is much more disturbing is when looking at the history chart for the past 12 months, there are 5 instances of pump and dumps and 0 periods of sustained growth.

You're right, and looking at the roadmap it has not had an update since November of last year I wonder what the status of development is, is it still ongoing?
