The idea and technology are great.
But in future or before the ICO start, hope you can re-design your web that will look more simple, minimalist, and more professional.
So the investor will have more confident to invest.

Nice idea, good concept, sure the future is great!)))
Thank you Bit-talker1 for your kind words. If you've got questions related to technology please do not hesitate to ask. The whitepapers might be sort of difficult to grasp at first glance . Soon we will be realising information related to bounty programs.

the ICO has sort of just silently begun:0 welcome to the Party.

It is an ongoing project and we'll surely listen to what the community has to say; thank you for your comments -  highly appreciated.

I actually think there is a very high confidence to investors after they see who's behind the project; and especially if they understand the novelty of our technology.

We are not just only starting a new cryptocurrency based on its own blockchain; we've completely re-invented the Smart Contract paradigm; we have conrete implementations of communication protocols, which have been peer-reviewed by scientific community.

Imagine a communication protocol which rewards each intermediary for each exchanged byte; each and every  intermediary  - and for each and every byte. The protocol works and rewards intermediaries even if only one way communication is possible. The intermediaries and network topology might be unknown to data originator. Impossible? Guess what; we did just that.

we've got presentations at top class scientific conferences. You can't argue with that. We've got whitepapers being reviewed for top-class scientific journals right now; not some 'crypto-news' (similarity with any existing portal is a coincidence).

We were the ones to prose architecture for a completely decentralised energy trade. One without any kind of trusted third parties.  I believe you might be fairly confident in what we do.

At least you might be one hundred percent sure this is not yet another ICO trying to grab your money; we are completely dedicated to what we do - and we've got concrete world-class results.

Thank you once again; glad you like the idea! Smiley

I read your thread here and visited the website. I think this project will be one of those few that will surely make a buzz. I can already see how this will attract a lot of people because of the technology it brings. This technology will change a lot of things. I would like to read the peer reviewed papers when it is done. This project is definitely exciting. I hope nothing but the best in the future for your team and the project.

Indeed. We would be more than excited to publish all of the recent research we've done so far on our website so to draw even more attention.  Yet, there is also a good side to this. We have some very exciting technology which we know exactly how to implement and have implemented so far, and so, the chances for others to fill-in all of the missing gaps are minimal. Kindly thank you for your wishes; let us hope for the best.

The dev seems to be very active to entertain the questions asked by the reader members of this forum, hoping that this gesture will continue and not at the start only, some projects are started with a blazing torch and the dev is very active at the start but collapse later because the dev left the thread and no one answers the timely questions being raised.

Project sound interesting, however, especially as apparently it comes from scientists of an university, before publishing it I would first remove the grammatical mistakes from the text. And in the process, in the very first line I would also change the expression "we are scientits" with "we are scientists", unless really you have wonderful scientific tits.

Coin_trader, I guess only time could tell Smiley Lets keep it real with no false promises - it is what it is. We are more than excited and we are pushing it forward ! (not backward)

WhaleSlayer,  I've been having some trouble recently when typing and looking at my side-screen at the same time. So. I've revisited all of the posts and look what a surprise - you got me ! Thanks for that one. Cheers.

Core members are located here at the Poznan University of Technology in Poland; I'm the project manager. Other than that, we've been working closly with members of the Botan crypto-library development team. There are also people taking care of the website and we've already nominated the reddit forum administrator (who by the way has an extensive and I would say - my personal opinion, outstanding experience administrating and managing other cryptocurrency forums and communities.  I've actually arrived begging for the guy to join my team. (You might have a feeling the rest of the team hides behind my back and you are right).

The Gridnet Project looks very nice. The website is well maid and the roadmap seems very promissing to me. I will definitely watch this project very closley in the future, if there will be some improvements, like the names of the devs, then it can be very good.

Academics who publish papers and their college but not their names? Are you fucking kidding me? 20 iq much?

/edit

@Gridnet showed me that he has access to the college webservers and agreed to have a phone call with me tommorow - for that reason i will remove the scam accusation for now and if tommorows call will prove that he says the truth i will of course apologise.

I wanted to inform everyone that i verified through a phone call that this project is indeed legit!

The phone number was owned by the Poznan University of Technology in Poland, computer science faculty and i was talking with OP (Gridnet).

I want to apoligise and i am deeply sorry that i labeled the project so quickly as a scam.

I hope the best for your project and wish you guys to succeed in changing the world!  Wink

Dear Bitcointalk community,
We would like to announce the first round of GRIDNET Bounty Campaign.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2414037
The halving-times have been modified to better reflect the state of our campaign.

Note: The signature campaign is currently put on hold since we are waiting for one of the most prominent artists here on Bitcointalk (who also happens to be Polish) to finish the designs.

duongtien86vn, although I do not fully understand what you meant; you're welcome to get in touch with us.

Also one interesting thing, as a sign of goodwill, we've included quite an innovative program inside of our Bounty Campaign. We do reward for any unique questions and answers relevant to the GRIDNET eco-system and technology.
