Don't think BCC will overtake BTC anytime soon. Interestingly, the Dollar value between BTC and BCH is closely related, in that it roughly stays the same. That indicates that value is moving between the forks.

I'm sorry, I am not yet familiar with bitcoin cash. Does it really exist?
As far as I know, bitcoin is a digital currency, and so if it becomes cash it will not be more consider as digital currency. And I knew that bitcoin aims to have a cashless society, in which they wanted fiat to be gone, and all people will just be using bitcoin.
Well, if it really exist, I wanted to know more about it.
bitcoin cash is one of the fastest growing alt today.last august groups of miners and developer created Bitcoin cash for block chain.and if you can check the flow chart of all alts you can find BCH now is really doing good, when BTC is dropping its value.try to read some thread mate so u will be aware on what has happening in trading now.lol

To be honest, Bitcoin Cash is too centralised and clearly controlled by some large investors. It may be a coin for some trading profit and will continue to last with the support it has. But Bitcoin is bitcoin, do I want to see a bitcoin to be controlled by a few CEOs and miners? No. Personally I will not trade BTC for BCH nor use any BitcoinCash in purchase to promote the adoption.

Im with you man. I also have turned a 180 degrees away from this coin as soon as i knew about it. Simply because from the very beginning i really thought nothing good will ever happen to it. It is probably up for now because it is being pumped like crazy. Bitcoin cash doesn't even deserve to be compared to Bitcoin. Let alone think of it as something that can replace bitcoin.

It's hard to say - the price increase from Bitcoin cash has been amazing last few days. BTC has always been king of the jungle but can it be surpassed? I think it could be possible - we will just need to watch the coming days and weeks to find out.

I have a btc transaction 23hrs with no confirms, I have read people on various discord channels saying the same thing, from different exchanges. Do you think miners stopped confirming as part of this attempt?

I think no. It is now growing only because it is specifically moved up and then just at the very top, those who started it all take it and go out to get a huge profit. And the rest will be at a loss

Any possibilities would be happen just like the other currencies. Only we really don't know wich one and when it comes. Since bitcoin cash is newly created, we can say that a lot of things need to work on. And I believe that btc can be hardly defeated by this new coin nor by the old existed coin.

go to https://fork.lol to see when Bitcoin is more profitable to mine than BCH, which will let you know when the miners will move back over but i think it takes a long time maybe after bcc fork.

I think any Altcoin can replace Bitcoin in the first seat as most high priced cryptocurrency but even though Bitcoin is the first of its kind, still Bitcoin will be kicking throughout the decade. Bitcoin Cash has the potential to surpass Bitcoin's value by the end of the year or next year but the good thing is that are too many people are into cryptocurrency and this will lead us to the future of monetary trading and economy.

The more miner is the harder to profit because of the difficulty that is being solved and distributed by the number of pools and miners. So, I think many miners are now on Bitcoin Cash but still there's a lot of miners remain in Bitcoin.

After few days if Bitcoin Cash value will continue to rise then it's a green light that we're on Bitcoin Cash' generation and people would likely trying to stop others to give respect Bitcoin Cash is it has no right and no potential to replace Bitcoin.
This is the time to accept the fact that the future of economy and trade is cryptocurrency and the main or official cryptocurrency still not yet exist.

Thanks for info and link fellas.

So I'm right? Bitcoin has slowed to a crawl because miners switched?

I think they did this to force the flippening to happen, because I've seen 3 similar complaints to mine from Discord friends.

No. I think there are a lot of speculators that are pumping it up. It went up to 2000 and then dropped to 1400. I think I would like to bet with a few but I already missed the chance since BTC transfer times are up as BCH are sinking. There aren't enough rises and dips to justify belief in the currency. It seems like a singularity. I'm going to be patient.

However, litecoin to BTC rates are great right now. I've been changing them over to BTC. I bought a few alts that are so low that a $10 USD bet is worth it since the companies have already raised so much money in their ICOs so (hopefully, they are not all crooks) that they should be able to create a decent product in the future.

It's the wildwest again. Now...if Coinbase gave me my BCH, I would have dumped them at the huge rise. Oh, well. Maybe next time.

There's no certain reason that Bitcoin will stay on its throne as the highest valued cryptocurrency that's why some people hate the fact. It isn't about buying a coin then sell it with a hundred fold of profits. Something's mot right and imbalance when Bitcoin will continue to rise while people are keeping their coins so that there will be too few coins that is actually circulated.
Now is the time for the underdogs to rise.

How do you think?

That's is not possible, Bitcoin has been used for so many things in terms of usages, like money transfer, Savings, Security and very safe, it is an assets and business type too. And MOst of all ti is decentralize. how about BCH?

Miners has the biggest role for cryptocurrency so then if these large number of miners will decide what Altcoin they're making god fortune then they can do it. Somehow, cryptocurrency will then be manipulated just like casinos. They switch as they like and leaving Bitcoin's thousands of unverified or pending transactions.

No, Bitcoin cash can't replace bitcoin because it's not yet as popular as Bitcoin and also its price still a lot lower than BTC until now.
I think Bitcoin cash will remain as an altcoin and it is far away from replacing the most used crypto currency .
