No way, as soon as Bitcoin starts implemnting Lightning protocol, the speed and transaction fee will drop to single-digit dollar, by then there is no reason to even choose BCH

I think XRP has a better shot at replacing Bitcoin than any other coin including Eth or Bitcoin Cash... Watch it closely and read all information about it to know why...

Even though there are some improvements in the protocol it is still not what Bitcoin is, and the trust is still not there as is with Bitcoin. Yes, we might have seen Bitcoin Cash appreciating significantly within the past days, but as you've noticed the markets have balanced this out eventually. There is just way too much hype on Cash and that's why we see the price/BC cash appreciate so much, it should have never happened in the first place. You can't really go wrong by being invested in BTC, because most people are already using it and the technology (as every other coin) is depended on this adoption. So as long as BTC is the "king" of crypto you can rest assured that it is a safe enough investment.

I think this is not possible. Some famous people are creating an artificial wave by speculation and advertising. BCH's potential is very high. But it can not replace Bitcoin!

I have already had several conversations with people who believe in power of Bitcoin Cash and suppose it will be cooler than Bitcoin. I doubt very much that it is true. Bitcoin has a great history and a great army of followers that support it.

I think not. The probability of this is extremely small. I think Ethereum could replace bitcoin this year, it is more likely.

There's like at least 5 other cryptos that might replace btc, and I don't think bitcoin cash is one of them.

If Bitcoin can't be improved the speed and justified transaction fee, I think this is possible.
Bitcoin stores value but Bitcoin Cash can be a payment.

Bitcoin can be converted into cash and it is happenning all over the world andbit is true for all. Bitcoin keeps on improving and the progress is still continuing. If you havebbitcoin money no hassle and you are in vonnection of millenial views.

How do you think?

Will, for me as of now bitcoin cash would not replace bitcoin, even though the price value  now is dumping into $10 in the market, because all altcoins also affected of this dumping price value even though the bitcoin cash coin itself.Bitcoin is facing now in the first week of the month of 2018 a price value dump, but bitcoin continue to lead in all coins in terms of value and popularity even those bitcoin cash could not replace on its position to be leading in the cryptomarket.

I don't think that Bitcoin Cash will be able to replace Bitcoin. Even though BCH is much faster and cheaper to maintain.

Historically the idea of a "correct and unique" bitcoin is stirring people's minds. Civil war occurs only between two "clans"  Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash despite the large number of forks source codes.
Yes indeed Bitcoin Cash has repeatedly become a "pillow" for depositors in bitcoin due to the correlation. But immediately a new question arises and will not the story be repeated again?

In my opinion no because bitcoin cash is just a copy of bitcoin. Bitcoin is the father of crypto currency no one can beat  bitcoin.

How do you think?
This, in my opinion, is not possible. Speaking of being able to replace the BTC, I think it could only be ETH or Ripple. These are two currencies with more technology than the rest. BCC can not replace the BTC

i on my self i think that bitcoin cash is one of the strongest alts in the market and indeed it  has many potentials to become
more and more valuable but i doubt that would surpass bitcoin which i think once it is released from this new year sleeping
it will go for along trip toward the moon.

Bitcoin cash is the true vision of bitcoin not some off chain centralized SegWit. Bitcoin is unusable due to fees. BITCOIN CASH IS THE TRUE BITCOIN

Bitcoin Cash or better yet Bcash can never replace Bitcoin because a clone can never replace a genuine thing and Bcash is a just a clone of Bitcoin and nothing more than that. It's just another alt.

I think that Bitcoin Cash will not be able to replace bitcoin. Bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency. BCH is cheaper to support, but more popular, of course, is BTC. People write about him. Choosing between these two currencies, more and more investors choose BTC.

Bitcoin cash doesn’t replace Btc. Your right it will surpass it. There’s more poor than rich, nobody’s paying $25-50 per transaction.
