Thanks! This is not the first time we've heard good feedback about the position of our price ticker.

However, we're thinking of putting it at the bottom of the browser window, and have it scroll as you scroll, so it's always stickied. We thought it would save you scrolling up to see the prices if you're looking at a product at the bottom of the page or with the ticker out of sight. What do you think??

Actually, don't do the auto scrolling ticker.  Anything that auto scrolls on the website is a user interface design flaw.  Keep them at the top.

We are only required to report cash transactions of $10,000+ or a series of cash transactions of $10,000+. There are no reporting requirements for smaller purchases. While we do retain our customers' shipping information, but we will never disclose any private information beyond certain IRS reporting policies such as 1099-B and 8300 forms. Even then, our customers’ information will remain strictly confidential between Veldt Gold and the IRS. At no point will any third parties have access to this information. We would advise you to refer to your tax specialist about any tax liabilities.

I am interested in an item that Provident does not in stock, I will PM or email you in the coming days.  Amagi has it, but the one time I ordered from them it took over two weeks to arrive (paid with BTC).

Thanks for your message! We respect Provident Metals and consider them a worthy competitor. However, they aren't offering both sides of the bullion transaction - like buying your gold for Bitcoin, which is essential. Their interest in Bitcoin seems to be purely profit, as Bitcoin is just another market, as opposed to a philosophy.

And as for payment by BTC of under $3,000 there are no reporting requirements for an amount like that.
