Hello,

Looking at graphs from fork.lol (https://fork.lol/pow/hashrate) website, Bitcoin cash hashrate just doubled vs the Bitcoin core. It is currently at over 65% of total hashrate and growing...
This is very concerning because it will be very hard or even impossible to confirm transactions if this keeps going at this rate and more miners will switch to Bitcoin cash.
You might say that there will be 400% difficulty increase in BCH and all miners will switch back, but keep in mind there will be a fork tomorrow to fix just that.

So... I start wondering if this will be the end of bitcoin as we know it?

Seriously? is there a fork coming our way? But well, this is beginning to become a dirty game now, which I won't be surprised at all because the greedy players are getting inside every noob's head. Honestly, if the community won't sell BTC, everything is under our control.

of course not. The price of bitcoin mostly as of now depends on the law of supply and demand and we can all say that bitcoin is the most used cryptocurrency as of today and that alone is enough to make it stable for a very long time.
The cryptocurrency market has no rules restricting the freedom of speculators. This leads to the fact that they can easily undermine the situation. The demand is only affected for a long period. Immediate price fluctuations do not depend on demand. The volatility of cryptocurrencies will always be. For such conditions we need to adapt then it will not interfere.

There were several controversial statements prevailing around the community based on the growth happening between bitcoin as well bitcoin cash. This is all because of the miners support gain as well the growth which is to take place according to the systematic development. Nothing to fear about the same. Maybe to reach $10000 it might take time, but the price surely increases.

I am worried it’s dying already.

The network status, I mean confirmation time, if no confirmation means no BTC.

What can you do with a BTC in your wallet if you can’t send it?

Anybody did a transaction recently and got a confirmation?

I think bitcoin will long last because in our universe, there is many users, so it's impossible that Bitcoin will die. Bitcoin has a big help to us in our financial needs and can provide our daily needs. Bitcoin will have a many test to face in the future, but it will not go down. No one can stop this site.

I think it's only temporary for some miners to switch to BCH, and as the population increases, the difficulty increases immediately, and you can see the change today. I have to say, these two days of crazy BCH do have the cause of the miners, but I think there are also reasons for big capital operation.

I'm not sure that bitcoin will die. Bitcoin has such great strength and will continue to grow. Most importantly, bitcoin continues to be used and this is the best way to maintain bitcoin. As long as bitcoin still has demand then bitcoin will continue to exist.

Bitcoin will not die because it has even when its dropping hard a lot of support. People don't want to see that bitcoin is going to drop to zero. Even when its dropping now some people are buying it.

I thought of buying but its still too expensive my friends are also thinking about it.

A big and dirty game is going on by the sharks and we are just trying to guess what may be the reason. But we don't have any clue. With the recent price increase of BCH, I expected that many miners will move to mining BCH as the difficulty is low compared to bitcoin and the price is also skyrocketing. So many people get to earn some good amount of money till the time difficulty is manageable. However, I don't think bitcoin will die in any way. It is just having some difficult time and we all have to survive it together. The current bitcoin price looks tempting to me for buying more but I just want to wait and watch for some more time to properly understand the trend.

We used to call them whales, but they're the sharks now. They take huge risks and they will be rich at the end. We only watch the market. To me, it's not a permanent thing. They do this to make their BCH argument much stronger. That's all for this week's action.

that was the thing that we are gonna do as of now but i dont even know that bitcoin will die this is just temporary and everything will be back soon we know that such a huge of pumping happen now in BCH , i may take the opportunity now to have some bitcoin but not totally because we cant say what will happen next after this happening of BCH and bitcoin.
Jihan Wu and his company Bitmain are trying to play the big game here for switching to bitcoin cash mining.
There were over $700 million transactions stuck for hours on bitcoin network waiting to be processed as a result of that, but don't worry everything will be over soon.

So maybe we can could assumed that it maybe a coordinated attack by Bitcoin cash people. Yes, Jihan and company really play it very well, networks  get clogged, segwit2x cancellation, bitcoin cash suddenly pump, fud here and there.  But as look at today prices, it looks like bitcoin didn't get any significant dent. Well initially it has, but it keeps getting higher as well and bitcoin cash dropping. So I don't think that bitcoin will die with this attacks from bitcoin cash. It will continue to live more and has a bright future ahead.

i dont think so ... because no one can predict that because bitcoin have an own life the life of bitcoin is on supply and demand so if some one buy a bitcoin mean bitcoin is alive

im agree with you sir bitcoin will live forever also in the future.
I also agree with you both. Bitcoin will never die as long as we will continue to support with it. Even if the price of btc will down, we just dont panic, instead we were there always no matter what will happen. Be patient. Because i believe, Bitcoin will become more stronger for the coming years. No one can foretell the end nor the future of bitcoin so we just have to keep on believing.

no it will not die because bitcoin is a very good coin that will have a nice future because bitcoin is growing and it is a good thing because we can make money out of it. But the value now will go up and down really fast so you can make more but also lose.

You must really be a Newbie in the crypto market to ask such a question. This shit happens here. The big players play their pump and dump games to grab others' money and fill their pockets. That is why it is best to stay away from such trades and hold your coins. This time the game was big and many big whales were included to make such a huge pump. People obviously would have lost their money and the wise ones would have exited the market with profits. This does not mean that Bitcoin will die. Bitcoin had passes many such waves and think of it as just a correction that took place. Tongue Grin Grin It will soon recover the price.

This is one of those challenges that will pass and at the end, we will realize that its just another way to keep the community busy and have something to talk about. If you are very observant there are always phases of discussion. Before the cancellation/suspension of SegWit's activation, the discussion was centred around SegWit and its effect on bitcoin, advantages and disadvantages but since that has been defeated which makes discussion around it not worthwhile, the next is to have some discussion like this throwing up.

No! I can say that this is the plan of bitcoin if some people invest in bitcoin cash they will buy bitcoin if the bitcoin goes down and if the bitcoin cash go down again they will buy again bitcoin cash this is a logic.
There maybe some people trying to manipulate and grabbing the hash power from bitcoin to bitcoin cash just to destroy bitcoin, even making so many unconfirmed transactions spam.
But now you see, that price of BCH getting down again, it seems that bitcoin win again this time, the transactions queue also reduced slowly, just matter of time until diff adjustment.
