If you’re planning FCFL fans to become managers and coaches for their clubs, what will happen to good old coaches and managers?
Someone will have to train the team between matches,so you cant really without them. |

FAN already tested system on Salt Lake Screaming Eagles,real club.It worked,so they are pushing this now,even more serious and ambitious project. |

Yep,they already had team that was being managed like that,where people voted for actions. what is the name of the project you are talking about? somewhere can read information about this? the direction is interesting and promising, so that the project can be successful |
