Buy low and sell high, I think the incremental value should be in the bracket of 20-30% up, Then that's the time to dump the coin. The Key is to be patient always:)

This is exactly what traders do and which makes them different from others. They are aware about the market conditions of the altcoins they are trading and speculate the price changes as pumps and dumps affect their profit making which is their main work. They keep sharp eyes on prevailing situations and this is a tough and interesting task in which if you succeed then guaranteed success is there and vice versa. But sometimes they also fail to do so.So you need to analyze the market before selling or holding the coins with you.

I believe that this part comes with the experience and one can start trading with the minimum required amount in order to gain the experience and knowledge about the same.

I am using a strategy where I buy in some parts when the market is falling and it gives me high units at comparatively low price and on the other hand I sell in small parts when the price is rising so, in this case, it gives me a stable high average selling price resulting in the handsome profit.  However, please do your own research before making any trading/investment decision.

Always listen to the market and the news to get latest updates which will helps you to research and decide yourself about improvements or fluctuation on BTC. Even traders are predicting the approximate selling time only by watching the trends and news.
Don't take this in wrong way.
No one will provide you the scheduled date to sell your BTC. It's all about your expectation and satisfactions on profits. Because people who bought BTC for 500$ may sold when it reach to 5000 dollars because their patience and risk taken may reward those. So if you think to sell 50% extra from your present then it will be fine. If you need more take risks and analyze yourself.

If you think this way then you can never sell with satisfaction. One day or the other you have to face a loss because of the increasing prices of Bitcoin. But you should also think that you are also getting free money just because the price of Bitcoin went up.

Even you can use this forum to know when to sell and what price is right to sell and when the price of bitcoin pump and when the price of bitcoin is dump. All you come to know by this forum itself. Even you can try of Coin desk, to know some more profit. Finally, you can sell at any price, if it's OK for you. If you brought at 8000$ and 8400$ means, you can sell it. Or if you want some more profit means, wait till it reaches 9000$.Selling is purely based on your wish.

LOL. It's really hard to know dude. Maybe when you get enough profit is the good time to sell or you can hold a little bit longer if you can but the price of the coin you're holding can be dumped very quickly Smiley). So I think you'll not get what you need to know in here, cause I think nobody willing to share it for you free Smiley). There are a lot of trading signal group on Telegram or Facebook so I think you can join them to know the good time to buy and sell any altcoin.

I actually don't know much about market rise in demand and supply and it's affecting me in daily trade of cryptocurrency.
Op, it very simple to know you are to sell because if you your point of entry then you should be able to know whether you are already in profit or not. One important things you need to know before involving yourself into crypto currency trading is to know the percentage of profit that you want to make from each trade and the percentage of lost you can bear from each trade you make. And having that in mind, it will guide your decision on when to sell and when to buy.

Actually with the crypto currency it is very hard to know what is going to happen next . You have to be very analytical in order to speculate the outcomes of your each and every step . Keep a close eye on the market trends without even blinking and look out for the best opportunity to hop in . Obviously , if a coin is consistently going good and rising it will be a good time to hold that ( but again any thing can happen anytime) .
For such decisions you need to make some calculated decisions , and trust your instincts .
I think first of all you must check the price of bitcoin on daily base because it’s very important to know about bitcoin price because bitcoin price really matter and I also check the price of bitcoin every day because I’m investor and I keep on hold a lot of bitcoin so I’m just waiting for right time when I come to know that the price go high then I sell my bitcoins and take my profit so I’m sure that everyone are doing same as I’m doing.

I think this is the reason why it is really hard to trade crypto currencies, predicting how will the price move through the year. I think if you are active to some sites or this kind of forum, it will give you some tip to continue holding it or time to give it in. But to be sure, buy bitcoin now and hold it for a long time, well, it gave some profit to some.
Yes,of course.Trading is mostly an unpredictable job.You have to surf crypto related websites frequently and be updated on what progress is happening in the crypto world so that you could get an idea of which coin is performing well and which coin has the potential to rise in future.By tracing the most under valued coin and investing in it,you could make huge profits.Earlier, traders used to predict bitcoin market by keenly watching the china's bitcoin market as it had a very big impact on the bitcoin market worldwide. But it is now no more. You can get some ideas about price increase just like CME entered the market and bitcoin price triggered. You would have to learn it from the market.

when to sell coins? you can sell a coin when it is at its highest point and also when the coin has got its best place in the exchanger that has a good price you have to sell it, because it's an advantage.

First time i recommend you to receive free tokens from airdrop/bounty campaign . After that play with them and speculate by chart increasing or decreasing . You will gain some experience and you will know when to sell

Know the latest news about the coin you want to trade.
Most pumps and dumps are caused by events that are either positive or negative for the coin.
Examples of events that cause changes in price: Exchange shutting down, countries banning ICO, meeting announcements.
Then you need to predict what effect it will have on the price.

I guess I'll have try out this information based prediction to sell if it will work.
Thanks for your time sir.
You're welcome.
I have been using it for years and noticed all big fictionalizations are based on events impacting the coin.
Good luck with trading!
I think there is no specific time for selling or buying. It is all about the demand and needs. If you have the money and want to invest in bitcoin you can buy bitcoin anytime and by this way if you have some bitcoins in your wallet and you need money for your financial problems ten you can sell them without waiting for a particular time. I will hold my bitcoins for my future dreams and not to sell them without any need.
I agree with you, it's never too late to buy Bitcoin. But if you see it as an asset, with which you want to make profit then the price is better predictable when you follow the latest news about that particular coin.

No one can tell you, you are the best at knowing what to do whether it's holding or selling and getting the profits.
however, you can follow these steps to know if it's at the top:

1.When you see growing price on falling value - is the first sign to get ready to sell

2.When the people who are never interested in the underlying technology are getting into the coin and start praising it - the second sign

That is how I would define "sell the top" (or close to it).

if you are in profit then you can sell. But don’t sell if you are in loss. no one can tell you when you should sell. need to make your own decisions. But always sell in profit not in loss.

That is the challenge here - you must make some analyzation so that you can create a plan on what will be your next move. To target profit, work for it seriously rather than just wait for people advices. You can take different speculations, news, price movement as references.

Different traders have different way on when will they sold their coins. The obvious goal here is, you must make profit. There is no such thing as someone can predict accurately what will happened you really need to step on your own for making decisions and take my mentioned things above as references in creating your own analyzations.

Actually, you cannot say if when to sell or hold because the price is very unpredictable. The price changes from time to time. Sometimes high and low. You really need to make a decision for yourself. What is your target? There are two things.

If you are into short term investment, of course this is not the best time to buy because your strategy should be buy low and sell high. You need to wait for the perfect timing which depends on the new about Bitcoin forecast.

And if you are into long term investment, you can buy now since your target is not to use the money and can wait or hold it for the long period of time. Since the trend is keep on increasing as you can see the price trend early this year. The Bitcoin is too big to fail so you can never go wrong to invest now and you can see how you will earn in the future.
