Hello, i need some help. I made a bittrex account like one month ago, and i put a false name and adress on the website (they were random numbers and letters).I wanted to look how the exchange looks like and how it works. Like 10 days ago i deposited some btc on to the exchange and forgot about the fake name. Today i wanted to withdraw my money and i saw a message saying that i cant because there are no public records of the false name and adress. I wrote to bittrex support that i made a mistake while registering, but they are not writing back. I know that this will be a hard week/month, because they dont write back that fast. And my question is : Had someone have this problem? Are there any chances that they will reset the basic name/adress and then i will be able to put in my real identity? (i have 2fa enabled and can send them a selfie with a passport/drivers license). Or did the money that i deposit into the exchange disappear?

You should check the main bittrex thread as a few people have been having problems. Because you created your account recently you have likely a zero daily allowance to withdraw without verification.  Are you able to change any account details in options?

There are quite some people with similar 'problems', but they aren't going to freely admit like you did that they tried to use false information. Bittrex and basically all other exchanges have somewhat of a zero tolerance policy going on in cases like these. Bittrex is already being bombarded with support tickets, so even as legit complaint your ticket(s) will have a low priority, but in case of users trying to game their verification process, Bittrex will have even less incentive to sort things out. It may sound harsh, but you right now completely depend on how much mercy Bittrex is willing to grant you.

Didn't know, that new accounts have 0 verification limits. But as you have your password and email, they should at least pay back the money. They can't simply tell people after deposit, that they have no limit. If so, they also should also disable deposit.
Hope for you, that you get out your money.

you may had gave them a reason to steal your money , I know such things happen and exchanges shouldn't take that seriously if the person gave them his real info but bittrex is acting bad with certain members
I have many friends who have their real info on bittrex and sent them the ID , yet bittrex hasn't released their funds yet ( due countries recent ban )

if you are from a first world country it may be easier to get your money back , but it needs time of course

actually i don't have the same problem like you but my advice is if you have already send ticket to support then you need to be waiting for a while until they reply your ticket. I am sure that bittrex support can reset all of your fake identity with the real one but its need time solve your problem because you are not the only one that have the problem. your deposit bitcoin will remain in your account and once they reply your ticket, you can follow what they tells you and I think you can solve your problem.

I think that would be your best option for now. Wait for the support to get back on your issues. You made a mistake already when you put in fake account details so I think your problem would have a lower priority than those people who registered with their real names. Unfortunately, your account is one of those that bittrex needs a verification in which case you cannot really be verified because of your fake info so you are really at mercy with Bittrex now. You will be lucky then if they will let you change your account details but if not then this will serve as a lesson. I am hoping though that you will still get your coins.

Hi guys !
Yes, bittrex exchange has a lot of verification issues. But you don't have to waste your time and wait for support for months, you can easily buy a full enhanced account, ready for trading and withdrawing. What's in complect: fresh bittrex account, registration info, registration email and mini-guide for advanced security included. Now you can easily trade any volumes safely and stay anonymous.
Price: 0.15 eth per account.
For quarantee purpose I will give one testing logon.

"What if a person will reach out to bittrex and say that it's their account and it was hacked ?"

First of all there is no chance that a person would reach out to support because they don't even know there is an account registered to their name.
Secondly, solely passport ID information isn't enough to recover an account, and there is no way that support can truly verify the identity of a user but to believe that they are the account holder as long as they provide proper information and act like it. For that reason, support may request such information like last IP-adresses used for logon, last opened/closed trading deals. Only buyer has all that info, so he will be presumed to be the legal owner of the account. This is why you can be assured that you will be able to keep the account to yourself only.

In order to buy account - send me message in telegram: @EnhancedVerification

In order to buy account - send me message in telegram: @EnhancedVerification

There is something just not right about this selling of accounts, whether on this site or on any exchange. Firstly, there are risks and your own FAQs above is no assurance that the account might later be compromised. Just the selling of this enhanced verification is enough reason for the exchange to lock the account and block any money or coins on it. Scammers always find ways to make a fast buck so it is difficult to simply brush off the potential risks here and blindly send you 0.15 eth.

Assuming someone does buy, he will probably feel uneasy when putting large amount of coins on the account, knowing it was once owned by someone and there might be a backdoor somewhere.

If you are giving a "tester" account, would it be right to assume that you have multiple accounts for sale? You mentioned that these accounts come with enhanced verification which would mean they contain names and credentials of strangers. This is risky as heck. I wouldn't trade any coins on such an account.

I have the same experience and I've solved the same bittrex problem. Now I've got my account verified and it's all right.
I am very glad to be able to reuse their services. See this link, maybe helps https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2465829.0.
