Will whitelisted members be able to purchase early, ahead of the ICO?   I noticed on this site: https://bitcoinexchangeguide.com/credits/ that the exchange rate is 1 ETH = 2000 Credits, but on the Credits website the exchange rate is 1 ETH = 5000.  Which one is it, and if only 2,000 why such a huge difference when compared to the Pre-ICO?

Of course the right info is only on main(official) site, t's 5000 CS for 1 ETH, earlier it was 3000 CS but by the reason that the price of ETh was increased the quantity of tokens was changed to 5000 CS

It was on pre-sale and during pre-ico stage it was changed, if i'm not mistaken. So much different figures in my head))) i can mistaken, but it was changed when ETH broke through price 600-700$ An there was a bonus 30% on pre-ico and bonuses for big purchase amount
