What is a soft cap? And what will be if it will not be reached?
Sorry, I did not find it in your whitepaper

Hey bumbazaka,

There is no softcap.
If Hdac fails to reach the target which is 6,000BTC, untill the desgnated date Dec.22. the Hdac TGE will end as it is. and there won't be any addtional token distribution such as 2nd TGE.

Whether does it mean that project will be closed? Or it will be continued even it will collect 100 BTC?

The TGE closes the date the target is reached( 6,000BTC), or by the official ICO closing date.
However, we will still let participants join the project throughout the entire ICO period even if the hardcap goal is reached.

Thanks. But my question was not about this.
If you collect only 100 BTC during ICO phase, what will be in the future? Will you develop the project or not? Will bounty be paid?

Keep in mind it's not Hyundai Motors, it's Hyundai BS&C. However, the owners of both companies are related. I love to see family run business'!

Cryptos made by Koreans , interesting but I guess if the technology and product is good enough to sell itself, there is no need to be associated with Hyundai . I understand its a part of marketing gimmick that they  did it.

It's not associated with Hyundai motors, but rather directly related to Hyundai BS&C - in fact, the H in Hdac directly stands for Hyundai! It's not really a marketing gimmick I don't think Smiley

But they have any real relationship with the Hyundai company because people will confuse if they keep saying about the Hyundai. I think some of team members should clarify the community questions asked by the people.

Hey bumbazaka,
It would be better first to explain the need for TGE:
Hdac wants people to use and trade tokens, and do not want to make it a privately owned technology. Hdace wants to equitably distribute the tokens to any investors and make it public-friendly.
According to that, it will surely affect the project but it shouldn't stop it or make them unpay the bounty (i guess the bounty reward will be lower if Hdac won't reach the target).
And also,  in this case there won't be any additional token distribution such as 2nd TGE.

Hey Bitpazari
There are old walletes that were used during the presale.
In this Hdac TGE, Hdac will distribute new Hdac wallet with dac.

Interesting project, where can i see some more details information about your team? instead of only position.

HI there hicaribou
What else would like to know about the team?

What is the way of Token purchaising?

Hey nuthatchbold,

There gonna be an announcement about it soon.

Hi coin_1122!

To clarify it- HDAC is created through the cooperation of Hyundai BS&C, DEXKO, Doublechain, and Hyundai-Pay. Hyundai BS&C is not affiliated to Hyundai Motors of Hyundai Group.
Which means there is no connection between Hyundai motors and Hyundai BS&C (but in real life they are family related).
We got that question a lot and i guess we will in the future,  and every time it will be asked we will gladly explain the relation to Hyundai motors (which are not exist of course).

Maybe a bit history of them, maybe they have had a similiar project before or maybe now they are just improving something with blockchain.
Something that can tell me that theyre really professional in this field.

This is correct. Although they are not directly tied in to Hyundai Motors, the founder of Hyundai BS&C still has a blood relation to being the nephew of the founders of Hyundai Group and Hyundai Motors. Read more about this in here - http://www.businesspost.co.kr/BP?command=naver&num=51200. Just use Google translate to translate Korean to English.
