The hybrid blockchain should evolve from the private blockchain by the possibility of using Hardware wallet.I guess the hybrid blockchain depends on two factors: 1. Hdac Private Blockchain 2. Hdac's hardware wallet.Only after Hdac will finish their development we could see the hybrid blockchain comes to life. Until then we shall wait for further details regarding this.   
 
Hdac Private Blockchain [HdacT], a blockchain based smart transaction method on the Hdac platform, is designed to perform a given task under the various commanding conditions in the IoT environment. And regarding the Korean regulations - HDAC is a swiss foundation and not Korean. Founders and developers behind are Korean but not the company doing the ICO, meaning it’s not affected by Korean regulations.
It’s also important to understand that there has been no official ban on ICOs in South Korea from any government agency. There has however been discussions about potential regulations in the future for ICOs being launched by  South Korean companies. These potential regulations may come into effect next year and HDAC foundation welcomes such regulations, so that investors may be protected from unserious projects being launched.

There's a risk in any investment. Hdac is playing fair with their investors, they are trying to provide as much information as they can to avoid any misleading.

DAC are the tokens allotted for Hdac token holder, while Hdac is a platform that has been based on a blockchain set - up. This also is stated to be one of the first of its kind when the question is about excellent communication among the IoT (internet of thing) devices. In addition, this M 2 M or the machine - to - machine transaction makes this platform to perform in a much better way in this particular field.


So, my question here is that when total issuance amount is said to be about 12 billion dac from which 7 percent is for capital reserve and the next 7 percent is for TGE participants; then how will the rest of the DAC tokens (which equals to 86 %) be distributed?

I do not like the projects that my brother told me about how much he invested in us and how many resources he had collected about 13 thousand btc before. I was wondering about him.
