Hello, yes the Private Presale is currently up and running; ico.cannasos.com and yes there are only 300K coins for the Private Presale which are up for sale.

We have a large amount of people that want to purchase our tokens, but everyone will purchase at different times of the ICO. The 9,227,500+ PCT is not specifically for the Private Presale, it's both Presales combined (Private and Public).

1) We aren't able to say exactly because the price of the token will increase depending on the popularity. Maybe the price will be higher than $1.50.
2) We are currently in talks with Poloniex and Kraken. However, this, of course, is no guarantee that we will be posted on them. Further information regarding the listing on the different exchanges will be provided in January 2018.

Hello Cop999, currently we are going to the Canadian government for approval in regards to our token being a utility token. Our lawyers are 95% sure its a utility token, but you always want to be sure. Currently, other than countries that have literally banned all ICO's, CannaSOS is not restricted.

Pundi X for example, one of our partners, will be implementing our PerksCoin token into their POS Systems. At the end of 2018, they will have south-east Asia and North America - with some European countries - using their POS systems. They say that by 2020, over 200,000 locations will be using their POS systems all around the world, accepting 100's of millions of people every year. 100's of millions of possible PerksCoin users...
